Our room with a balcony overlooking the vineyard was quiet, private, and very comfortable. The cocktail by the pool was lovely. Food was exceptional 👌

Beautiful property, amazing location. The dinner was outstanding! We had so much fun renting the Hotel E-Bikes and cycling though the vineyards.

- Would have expected a little better breakfast and breakfast service. - We booked a room rate with breakfast included and prepaid for the room as well. However, the prepayment did not include the breakfast charge so there was a little bit of confusion at check-out when it was charged separately. - E-Bikes renting was expensive

The hotel is very clean, and the decor is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were excellent, available happy to help and gave good recommendations The dinner is fantastic. Top quality taste and good wine list. Sitting on the terrace overlooking vineyards - beautiful Hiring the eBikes to cycle effortlessly through the very famous vineyards is entirely fantastic and so easy.

The wifi is entirely useless. And the hotel is not well set up for those needing to work. I could barely connect to the hotel wifi in my room, and when I did the rate of 16MBPS was useless for any Zoom calls or major email transfers. Because I couldn't access the internet in my room, I had to take calls elsewhere in the hotel. There is no business centre, so I had to work in the restaurant lounge area, where the tables are low, there is music playing, and people often come in to have a drink and chat (noisily!). If I had good Wifi in my room, this stay would have been entirely excellent. Plus, the wifi issue has definitely not put me off going again! A really beautiful place.

The Hotel is remote to St Emillion, but for us this wasnt a problem as we visited the town and dined in the Hotel and this is exactly what we wanted. It waa our wedding anniversary (28 years) we had a lovely surprise of rose petals, swan towels, chocolates, welcome from hotel manager letter. Beautiful luxury soaps and hand creme. Dinner and staff in restaurant next level. For sure this is equal to Michelin star dining

The initial person at front desk. More attached to the computer, farmed us off to her colleague. Thankfully her colleague was lovely. The next day the same initial person spoke french to us despite knowing we were english. We do make an effort but we aren't french

Really nice Chateau on large property in amongst vineyards. Room was very comfortable with an excellent bed. A great place to stay for a relaxing break. Excellent facilities including the swimming pool and spa. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very accommodating to provide some snacks and platters outside.

Nothing really. We did find the staff were at times very busy and occasionally a bit slow to attend, but understandable given the summer busy period.

We had an executive vineyard room which was excellent. Modern decoration and plenty of usb sockets, even included a portable Bluetooth speaker. Breakfast was good. There was a piano player in the bar in the evening which was a nice surprise. We also hired electric bikes from the hotel and did the ride around the vineyards and St Emilion. Altogether a great stay.

Bar service is very slow, we used the bar in three occasions and each time found it slow, particularly in the afternoon.

Apart from some of the facilities being closed it's really hard to fault this place. New with great tasteful and well thought out decor extremely clean, great staff amazing food. Almost faultless if the spa was open would be a 10!

The spa wasn't open, not very clear as it was in all the marketing materials, all the main pictures showing this. A lot of rubbish outside the room in the driveway which is understandable from the refurb but annoyingly was hidden by a giant picture of the spa that was closed

The best place around Saint Emilion. The hotel is relatively new and nicely decorated, with comfy rooms and great amenities (SPA and outdoor pool). Very good place to stay if you are visiting the region for wines. On top of that, it has a nice winebar and restaurant. The staff is very helpful.

Cosmetics could be really improved (e.g. Hair conditioner).

Beautiful and well appointed room. Restaurant and wine bar both excellent. Gorgeous ground and views all around. Helpful, friendly staff.

Breakfast was ok. There needs to be more variety and also the service for tea/coffee was very slow. The quality of food was still excellent though.

It’s the best château in the region. Hotel amazing. All you need the team will help you for sure. SPA is the best one in my life. You can personalise any aspect of a massage. Any member of the team is highly professional. Best wine (if it’s possible to say) hotel!
