We didn’t have breakfast. The parking facilities very awkward you had to go out to another building which was fine but when leaving you have to get your car and then drop your key back. It was raining and a bit of a nuisance. There should be away for one to leave after finishing with reception. Otherwise all good. Receptionist was lovely particularly Jess/Tess. From England but so nice and accommodating and friendly and efficient,

One bed studio was well equipped and very roomy! It was very basic but met nearly all of my needs. All staff were very nice! Location is good - only 5-10 min walk from Gare Saint Jean and a mile at most from the centre. Felt completely safe in the area despite what some reviews have said. Good transport links and Lidl is just around the corner! The carpets through the building were tired but this really didn’t bother me at all!

Really struggled without a tea towel! Also a chopping board would have been really good. It was pretty hot at night so I would really have liked a fan. A dustpan and brush would also be brilliant as I had nothing to sweep the floor with. My card wouldn’t work on the gate but the staff were very helpful and looked into this for me.

Location was nicely quiet. Staff were very responsive to any requests, such as when our room ran out of toilet paper). I appreciate how well equipped the kitchen was, plenty of plates, pots, pans, cutlery. The room was very clean when arriving and there were some cleaning supplies if you needed to sweep up at some point.

The shower was clogged, and I reported it to maintenance. It seemed to get better for a day though clogged up again so it didn’t feel very clean in the shower. There also seemed to be a misunderstanding during check-in when I was charged when I had pre-paid, which isn’t a big deal. It’s just that for some reason on my bank statement my refund was a few euros less than what I was charged a minute before which I don’t understand.

The room was very spacious and had a great view. The hotel itself was very clean and someone was always at the desk to help you out if you needed anything or recommendations.

The location did not feel safe. The taxi driver didn't leave till he saw us enter the building. Would not recommend a solo female traveler stay here.

the staff were so friendly and helpful, and went over and above to make sure my stay was comfortable. the room was lovely, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was great too.

the only thing that I would mention is that it can be a little bit noisy. I could hear people a lot in the corridor. However I didn’t mind this. it wasn’t noisy at nighttime that I noticed though.

We had a short stay in Bordeaux and needed to be near the train station for our travel arrangements, so the location was excellent for this. But otherwise, it's a little bit away from the tourist attractions and good restaurants. We found most of the eating options near us were fast food or quick meals, we had to walk a distance for the better restaurants. When we arrived, the lift was broken, and we were on the 7th floor, ha ha, that was a killer! But the staff were so apologetic and it was fixed quickly. The room was good, OK size , not large but comfortable with a kitchenette and cooking utensils. It had all we needed, was quiet and very accessible to transport options and we were happy with it.

A bit far from the attractions of Bordeaux and main restaurant areas.

Clean and ideally fitted rooms with a comfortable large bed, adequate clothing storage and a good showeroom.

The hotel is in a developing area of Bordeaux and the pavements are in a poor state of repair so walking can be treacherous. A decent selection of lively restaurants can be found around the Basilique St Michel, about 15 minutes walk away otherwise the local eateries are fast food and look pretty shabby.

The bed was big and comfortable, the size of the room was ok. The air conditioning was very useful with an outside temperature of 40 degrees. The room and the bathroom were clean. The location was perfect, less than ten minutes walk to the train station. The tram station to get to the centre is close to the hotel. The hotel is not located next to a big street, so there is only little traffic during the night and it is very quiet.

The windows were very dirty. A small coffee machine would have been nice.

Friendly and courteous staff throughout; reception, dining room, cleaning. Nice 'extras' for aparthotel - vending machines/microwave meals in reception, sauna cabin, breakfast available, plenty of tourist info. Shower cubicle spacious Comfortable bed

We purchased tea towels for drying up and coffee filter as these were not among the kitchen implements. Cupboard/wardrobe space provided was slightly at the expense of room for a decent dining table

We stayed here for 2 weeks. It was brilliant! Some of the reviews we read were by people who seemed to expect five star hotel quality from this three star Appart-Hotel. Location: It is close to Lidl supermarket, just 5 mins walk away. The pastries there are great! And the prices are very reasonable. It is close to the Capucins food market - perhaps 5-10 mins - a great place to buy fresh French food of every kind. It has a park across the road with a kids play park and lots of green space. My kids loved it there. It is 3 mins walk from a bus stop - Meunier - where the number 1 bus will drop you directly from the airport. I also found a great French church nearby - the evangelical Baptist church at 37 Cours de Marne. Be sure of a warm welcome and great Bible teaching! Facilities: our room came with everything we needed for a self catering break, especially in the well equipped kitchen. The coffee machine was an unexpected bonus and Lidl does some Nespresso compatible capsules of various strengths. As well as that there is a small fitness room and a sauna which I found wonderfully refreshing before bed. Cleanliness: we had 2 family rooms and no issues at all with cleanliness unlike some other reviewers suggested. Everything was spotless. Staff: although I understand French well and speak it a little, it was great to be greeted by a lovely English receptionist, Jess! The other staff spoke good English too and were unfailingly helpful if we needed anything. Price: this was excellent value for money.

Some of the other reviews!! Our stay was great with no problems at all. The sofa bed in the family room was pretty squeaky if you moved at all.
