The rooms were clean and this is what I was expecting to find the most. The hotel was in excellent location. Easy to reach from Flixbus stops and Gare Saint Jean. The tram and airport buses were also close which can be reached by minutes of walking. There are many markets nearby like Lidl and Spar. There is an excellent bakery next to the entrance of the hotel which has fresh and delicious French bakeries. Also you can find many restaurants nearby.

The rooms were designed very simply. If you are expecting to spend your whole day in the room, you will get bored. But that wasn't our objective so I have no complaints for that. Also there is still a construction on the street which causes some small distractions. Luckily, there wasn't much noise.

Great room! Clean, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff. Check in and out times suited us and the location was quite close to the train station and (more importantly) a bakery on the corner.

As the hotel notes in its description, there is not air conditioning - but the fans provided combined with open windows made it comfortable enough. The plug in the bathroom sink was jammed, and so the sink couldn't drain - but it wasn't really an issue, and if we'd stayed more than one night I'm sure they would have resolved this. Over all, not much to worry about!

The staff were lovely and very clear on reception being closed between 12-2pm. We were fortunate to be able to check in early (we'd just been hopeful of parking the car early). The room was much larger than expected so may have been upgraded. The location was excellent with excellent public transport (tram) about a 6 min walk - bus may have been closer. A large pedestal fan was supplied. An excellent patissiere just around the corner and a supermarket about a block away. Would highly recommend.

No toaster which was unusual from an Australian perspective and a second fan for the second bedroom would have been helpful. We didn't ask but they may have readily supplied if we did.

The hotel is 5 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from a tram stop to the city which was just what we wanted. The room had a double bed and a single bed with a partition wall between them which makes it perfect for friends as each area has some privacy. There is a small kitchen area with a basic stock of plates, cutlery etc so you can make drinks and heat up food. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful.

The road outside was quite noisy with people shouting and traffic. If the room had double glazing (I’m not sure), it wasn’t very effective.

We only had an overnight stay but l was impressed by the staff, cleanliness & facilities in the room. It was great value for money and very handy for the station and transport to the airport, so ideal for our needs.

Walking to the station was not a problem, only a 5-10 minutes away however we went out for a stroll in the evening & l was surprised at how grubby the surrounding streets were (perhaps this was due to recent strikes, l'm not sure). Also l'm not sure if the area would suit a lone traveller at night. Having said that after a little bit of shopping we found a great bar with friendly staff and thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay.

Good location close to the train station, however the place can feel a little sketchy for some at night, although it seems safe. It didn't bother me. Room is spacious, clean, relatively quiet and sufficiently equipped for a short stay.

As others said, the room was really hot in summer. A Fan is available, but effectiveness is limited. We're in Bordeaux and there were no wine glasses in the room. Not a big deal but would have avoided me the struggle of looking for some (Carrefour Market few hundred meters away).

Location is good , close to railway station and to Marché des Capucins ( the greatest place) . Also close enough to old town. Apartment is big, heaters were in each room. Near by is cafes and grocery store, bakery. In bathroom you have shampoo. Make an early check-in , cause the room was ready, thanks. Internet was OK. At least Teneo must have three stars.

Heaters and cooker didn't work at last day. Toilet was a little unstable. There were no small thing for cooking: salt, olive , standard seasonings.

The staff were lovely. Charming and accommodating. Location is good. Parking for car and bikes was perfect. Within the building, it was quiet.

No air-con could be a challenge when very hot. Hopefully, roadworks outside will finish soon and windows can be opened. Room layout not ideal for 2 friends. Bathroom was off bedroom, so person on sofabed needs to traverse other person's room.

The staff was very friendly, we had a problem with card transaction, there were very helpful. It was clean inside and had a good possition to train.

Almost all things was good - when I think about price and possition, but in our room there was a light (at the front door of your apartment) and fan which didn't work, so it was difficult for us to see something at night. Maybe if we told them, they would repair it,but we didnt have time to solve it.

Good and clean hotel close to the main railway station. Excellent location for travelers using train to places in the environs of Bordeaux. Good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Air conditioning would be welcome especially in rooms on higher floors
