Very clean and modern; comfortable bed; air conditioning was great because it was very hot when visited. The location is 20-30 min walk from Bordeux but it's well connected with the tram and train station nearby. Good value for money. They also accommodated our dog for a small fee (€4). Breakfast was good too

The only thing I can say is that we got one pillow each ha! Two would have been nice.. but a very minor thing indeed..

Newly built hotel close to the train station. Room size was good enough with a king bed. The room was clean and the bathroom too. The location is in a newly refurbished neighborhood and it feels a little dangerous especially at night.

The corridor smelled like bleach covering a smoking odour. It wasn't very nice.

Lots of construction going on in this neighborhood! We had a car and navigating to the hotel was a bit difficult using Google Maps as some of the roads were closed. Very clean rooms but they are very small! Bathroom is also very small.

For People that travel by Plane or Train fairly easy to get to as the Gare St.Jean is only a couple minutes away. 2 really friendly women at the entrance counter that i had a laugh with. Spacious bed with a even bigger blanket. The "Main Strip" is not far away and there is also a Tram Stop that brings you to various cool spots 3min away. All around a good experience, would also recommend for Solo travellers for a weekend.

Windows View (room i had was faced to technically nothing. Shower is a bit small (athletic, 1m90/ ~6'2) but only a small detail.

Lovely hotel, located right by the main train station ideal for getting the trams into town. Lovely room, excellent shower, decent breakfast. Staff brilliant and sorted airport transfer (though note it is cheaper to sort via booking.com)

Nice clean comfortable room everything we needed for two, one night stays.

It's a budget hotel and was almost brand new so don't expect luxurious bed sheets etc. It ticked all the boxes we needed it to and a bit more. Would have liked some tea and coffee making facilities which may have been available from reception but we didn't ask!

Booked at the last minute as we had been let down by another hotel. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean . About 5 mins walk to the tram. 10 mins to Gare St Jean.

For what it is, and for the price - this hotel is great. The room was clean and comfortable, if a little basic. The hotel is located really close to the train station so it is perfect if you are arriving and leaving Bordeaux by train. It is quite a long walk to Downtown and the other attractions, but there is a Tram stop close by. The tram is easy to use and not expensive. That will take you right to the main attractions. The staff were excellent. Really friendly and welcoming and informative. They helped us locate a farmacy to get an antigen test. The breakfast was good value for money, with plenty on offer.

There was not tea or coffee making facility in the room. No bottles of water on arrival. The pillows were a bit thin. The towles were were quite small.

Great room, clean and lovely helpful staff. The closeness to St Jean train station was perfect for me, and tram nearby was great but the walk to the city is an easy 30-40 minute walk.

The hotel was everything you would expect in this price range. The room was modest yet nice and clean, staff really friendly and helpful. Not centrally located but if traveling by car, it is very easy to access. definitely recommend
