**if you have trouble checking in (it's automated) go to the 5th floor, on your right, and that is where the office is. The secretary is very kind and helpful. I'm not too picky when it comes to places to sleep, so with that in mind, this place is a good value for the money. Everything was clean, enough utensils for cooking in the kitchen, and the staff were very kind. Even the local occupants who live there were very nice. I've seen some reviewers nitpick this place to death, yet not realizing this isn't some 5 star hotel. For the price, it was perfect and expected.
The only thing that bothered me was that the heating in the room made it stifling, even in this colder weather! But this wasn't a big issue, just open the window or terrace door.

Great location with nearby restaurants. Easy to access and great value for money. The checking process is automated and easy to follow but you can't be there beforehand. It's precisely on time. The room had a nice view.
There is no lobby so there are no people available to ask questions or get help, that could have been better. The room had a few broken utilities as well as a dirty towel forgot by the previous occupant. We did have new ones at our disposal so no big issue. I didn't ask because I only stayed a night but I'm sure the staff would have cleaned it if asked.

The hotel is located very close to the train station, so it's location was perfect for us. There were two stations with bikes next to the hotel and the tram stop. The hotel provided some common rooms where you can spend some time outside your room and it had two terasses to spend the evening. The room was quite large and comfortable. Even though there is no A/C, the room had a fan.
The room could be cleaner. The curtain shower was not clean. In the kitchen area there was a very old sponge.

We stayed in a hostel for the first time and our expectations were not too high. But when we checked in, we were impressed with the amenities and design. For a small price, we got a separate room with a small kitchen, but it was enough to cook for our 2-year-old daughter. There was also a large balcony and a clean bathroom with a good flow of hot water in the shower.
We arrived at night and after check-in using the machine, we had a little difficulty calling the elevator, as we did not know where to find the code. But it was our mistake as we did not read the e-mail carefully.

Very convenient for solo travellers and couples- located close to the TBM (tram line- Belcier; about 3 mins walk) which takes you to the city centre with all major sites within 15-20 minutes (C and D lines on the tram). Gare St. Jean is a ten minute walk (or you could take the tram from Belcier to avoid walking if you have tons of luggage) for trains to Paris and other major cities in France. It was easy to check in - they provide detailed instructions with how to check in and get your key card. I didn't face any problems checking in and getting to my room. The room was quite spacious for one person - you had a kitchenette, a big enough wardrobe and bathroom as well as a small study desk. Really quite perfect for a solo traveller. Very functional and clean.
No major complaints but they could have provided dishwashing liquid as I ate in on my last day and wanted to clean up my plates to avoid a smell. Again, not a major issue but the area around isn't too great to just walk around, although there are some good bars and restaurants if you want to grab a quick dinner at the end of a long day or if you've arrived into Bordeaux later in the day and are too tired to trek to the city centre (Recommend L'Angle Alpha which is a 5 minute walk; other options are Bio Burger and Eat Salad(which is a chain, but you have good salads)).

Close the the Sean Jean station. Kitchenette with fridge and stovetop. Laundry was on the same floor. Soap is provided in the shower. Towels and linen provided.
Super noisy early in the morning due to construction works directly opposite, also the fridge is noisy so I wore earplugs. We got absolutely eaten alive by mosquitoes, so the third night we slept with the windows closed, it’s very warm in there especially after cooking. The extractor fan didn’t work. There was no chopping knife so it was a challenge chopping everything with an ordinary knife.

Exactly as described and everything I needed for my stay in Bordeaux! Lovely welcoming staff located at the office when I arrived at the time advised. My room was still being clean but I sat on the balcony area and waited and the staff had no issue with this. Just what you need to cook for yourself for a few nights and nice relaxing balcony
It is quite far out from the centre of Bordeaux but close to the station. It can be difficult to find too, but once you know where it is it is ok!

The facilites of the apartment fulfill all necessities and has every commodity. Both shower and heating system worked perfectly, something I personally value from the apartments. The neighbourhood is calm despite being yet under construction (it is really quiet) and there is a grocery store quite close.
The kitchen has everything needed in an apartment but I encourage to get a water heater despite having a coffee room in the facilities. Some guests find quite convenient to have one as well as a microwave so it is something I frankly recommend.

Clean, nothing exceptional but good value for the money. GREAT equipped kitchen. Self-check in was fine, but many codes to remember. Printer available. Only two tram stops away from the main train station.
Construction site outside, other than that in nice area. Only one shower soap to be used for shampoo, body wash, and hand soap, although maybe this is standard. Bed not very sturdy.

Good location, easily walkable from the train station or just a one tram stop away. Overall clean and tidy, bed was on the harder side, which is what I prefer actually.
There were some rather noisy neighbours during my stay and without a visible staff I didn't know with whom to address it. Using a code for elevator and the front door each time was also a bit inconvenient, but really a minor issue.
