As we know the hotel chain, it's mainly met our expectations. The breakfast is quite various, the staff is very friendly, location is calm and has a nice resto nearby (for those who like meat dishes especially).

The room size is a little bit smaller comparing to other Soleil Prestige Hotels we stayed before. For the people without car can be not so simple to reach the Colmar city as no public transport connection nearby. We would rate the hotel higher but due to non-sufficient cleaning personnel (caused by the sickness during the high season) situation our room was not ready up on arrival (and not even 1 hour later). However the hotel staff was really friendly and helpful and we understand

Surprising option to watch planes departing and landing from the hotel window. Why surprising? Because whan you arrive late you have no option to notice them due to the perfect soundproofing. And even more surprising - "Nespresso" shower. Well, not exactly coffee, but almost lookalike capsules to be used to get aromatherapy shower - first reaction noticing them beside the sink was a smile that they were forgotten there by accident, as the room has Nespresso mascine and capsules on the other side of wall. Overall - good choice to stay at, if you have a car and prefer easy parking and road accessibility instead of being in the very city center.

Super friendly Service personnel, comfortable beds, parking for free, Service at the bar also nice.

Technically not Hotel's fault, but guests must consider that the city center of Colmar with Restaurants and bars is ca. 5 km away from hotel. There is no public transport, Uber or Taxi available. We therefore had real issues to get back in the evenings. You would have to take the car, which was not an option. We therefore had to walk, no kidding. Indeed, this was somewhat irritating for us.

Great location for traveling - close to the main motorways. New(ish) hotel, so everything is pretty fresh and modern.

Room temperature - very hot outside and air conditioning seemed not to work very well if at all. The driveway leading up to the hotel has a very large pot-hole - no fault of the hotel, but it was big enough to damage a car's suspension (It's just outside La Boucherie - so look out for it, especially at night.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed with lots of space to store cases, etc. Reception recommended a local grill/buffer restaurant which was a great. good breakfast.

Big dip in driveway out of car park which grounded my car - not good.

A nice and clean room, a Nespresso coffee machine, a comfortable bed, a very good breakfast, a perfect location - very close to the highway, perfect for travelers.

Organization of breakfast could be better . It looks like personnel of the restaurant cannot cope with the crowd coming for breakfast - you have to wait until extra food is served.

Excellent clean room nicely furnished, ample parking, friendly staff, good breakfast facilities we were traveling from Italie back north, excellent for an overnight stay

Nothing not to like

Lovely hotel, modern and clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff.

Not convinced by the value for money, since the hotel is in an industrial zone far from everything on foot. The building is pretty much a spruced up motel.

Personnel should be able to speak English It is dog friendly but then you get charged for the dog and pets are not allowed in certain areas.

My door was stuck and they arrived immediately but my wife and my baby was stuck in the room for 1H got 1 little gift of wine ,could give some of the money back, for that
