The rooms are fantastic! they have done an amazing job to preserve the historical building. the entrance is also fantastic.

Both of the Michelin Restaurants were closed during our stay (Sundays and Mondays). Maybe it would be better if they could close some days one of the two restaurants and on others days the second one, but you pay and expect a Relais and Châteaux and having both restaurants closed during two days is disappointing.

The edifice is amazing with its history and traditional restaurant. Facade is impressive with Bartholdi statue. Bedding was wonderful and bath amnesties were pleasant.

There was no internet at all in the room :( Midnight Climate system switched off and it returned only by morning. Breakfast is awful and miserable. Petit dejeneur offered for two person, is not the one, you can have normal breakfast

staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. Restaurants were fantastic. The chef was on site daily and made sure to speak to all the guests every morning at breakfast Great location right in the center of town. Easy walk to all the cultural attractions and restaurants/shopping

the parking was tight but better than no parking

They do have air conditioning but they don’t tell you that at 10 PM them remotely turn it off so that during the night the AC is not working and the room gets very stuffy and warm. They also have a beautiful court yard with seating but they fail to put any of the cushions on some of the outdoor furniture so it is not useable. Also, the WiFi did not work well in the hotel and the restaurant was closed during our stay.

The hotel was beautiful in a wonderful location and, as a bonus, was a local landmark. The staff was welcoming and helpful with plenty of useful communication prior to our arrival. The breakfast was exceptional.

A possible suggestion is adding Eurosport to the TV channels. At the time of visit, the Giro d’Italia and US Open golf we’re taking place. it would have been nice to get a few minutes of update on. it’s events. It is a small issue among so many positive aspects of the hotel.

Breakfast was awesome. Delicious with good variety. Service was exceptional. Would go there again in a heartbeat. Staff throughout the hotel was wonderful and friendly. Great location for going out on trips to the countryside and seeing the lovely villages.

Can't think of anything that is negative.

Really important is that the rooms were really clean with nice design. The service of the hotel was excellent. In this hotel we had the most amazing breakfast. We couldn't ask for more! In addition, when leaving, they gave use an additional pastry as thank you for staying to their hotel. It was an amazing experience.

An amazing hotel in Colmar! A beautiful building in the old town, super comfortable room, superior breakfast with many choices, private parking which is really hard to find in Colmar! The receptionist not only suggested a good place to eat but also made a reservation for us!

A beautiful end to a fabulous driving holiday in Alsace. Spacious room, friendly and knowledgable staff, exceptional food with a great location and private parking. I would definitely recommend booking a table at the Girardin restaurant.

The one tiny thing I missed was a shower wall mount and screen - I had to adapt a little ;) - but the rooms were really spacious and comfortable so not really a complaint.

This hotel is in a lovely historical building with an inside courtyard entry, which also serves as outdoor dining area for an absolutely fabulous restaurant. Our suite was extremely comfortable with updated bathroom and beautiful decor.

As a popular historical building, tours of people took photos throughout the day, which could be awkward with our street-facing windows.
