I've stayed here before so no real surprises. Beds, fairly comfortable, on the firm side. Quiet location, easy access to other towns along the wine road. Staff is always very helpful and pleasent. Beverage and a few food items available in the afternoon and evenings or relaxing with friends on the terrace or in the common area near the front desk. Very reasonable priced with free parking. We purchased several soft cheeses and the staff kindly stored them in their refrigerator for us. There are bakeries, grocery stores and other retail establishments in the area.

Not all rooms have mini frigs; so had to wait on opening our Alsace wine. Public transportation is very limited to this location. Buses stop after 7 p.m.

This is a good place to stay overnight while driving long road trip. Not far from the main road but at the same time quite silent during the night. Big free parking which is a big plus! Rooms are clean and nice, there is a possibility to make tea/coffee. What we liked in particular - THE breakfast! Not a simple breakfast that you can find in the typical hotels, but really great breakfast with local products (cheese, confiture, bread and pastries) and good tea.

Rooms might be a little bit renovated, but overall everything was good!

We stayed in room 301, which I believe is a large suite. Staff was very friendly and provided lots of information. Our room was spacious with lots of outlets and full length mirror. The room came with a small refrigerator large enough to hold wine bottles. Bar service available at a resonable price. Plenty of surface parking.

There was no iron in the room, shame on me for not asking ahead of time. The bed was firm. Really firm.

Location is perfect, free parking, polites worker espically morning time reciption gentlman & lady. so the housekeeping the morocian girl.

The staff is really cooperative and willing to help - probably the main asset of the hotel. The rooms are average sized, standard for a 3* hotel. The free parking is a benefit. Perfect location for daily trips in Alsace.

The hotel is situated 30 min away (by foot) from the town centre. The absence of a fridge in Alsace is huge minus as you cannot drink any white wine bought from the shop.

- bathroom with non-functioning air extraction fan - shower doors not airtight - improperly installed windows, condensation was present and ineffective soundproofing - payment at check in and not at check out (this is the first time this has happened to us in years of booking throughout Europe)

Perfect stay in hotel near Colmar. By foot 25min or with car 5min. Free and secure parking with ramp and lot of park places. Fast check in/out. Reception 24h. Breakfast 12€ pp, maybe little expensive but it's ok. There is a bar on reception working till 22h and you can order something to eat or drink. Rooms are nice, very very clean like all hotel. Also rooms are soundproof!! :) You can sleep like a baby. Cleaning staff are perfect, working in silence and do their job like it should be. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean, quite, free parking, rooms are really nice and well maintained. smells good and looks great everywhere. The lady at the reception was so nice and welcoming. Same for the staff at breakfast, which was awesome!

We took 2 rooms so the only feedback we have for those are: 1. The curtain in our room was not covering the sunlight very well, so we had early morning light coming in and this woke us up too early. 2. Missing shower screen in the other room was not really comfortable having to lay several towels on the floor to absorb the water

Generally the hospitality of the empolyees was in a good level. Especially Morgane helped us a lot about the wine maker visits in the village, special thanks to her :)

It would be better to have a refrigerator in the room as the hotel is located in a wine region :)

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was super clean, quiet, the beds comfortable, and the shower great. It has a great location which makes it easier to go to Colmar old town and other places around. As we were driving, the parking lot there was super convenient to us. Great price for value!
