Great hotel. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. I didn’t get the names of the two men on reception for check in but they were very good at giving information about things to do in the area. We were able to leave our luggage before check in and after check out, which was very handy. Good location, in quiet spot but only a few minutes walk to the old town. There was an Auchan supermarket across the road. The studio room was very spacious and the kitchen with microwave, kettle and fridge was very handy for preparing snacks. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was composed by two rooms and it was nice, well equipped and cleaned. the parking spot was very comfortable and the aparthotel position was in a very quiet and good place close to the city center (~500m). there is a small market nearby for buying some food or stuff. moreover, Colmar is a very good place to discover the Alsace regione and beautiful villages nearby! a trip to repeat and strongly recommended also during spring, summer time!

Amazingly quiet room, spacious with a good sized shower room. Heard no noise from any other guests or from the street with the window closed. Air-con worked very well and was very quiet. Breakfast was fine. Car park was secure. 5 minute stroll into the old town with plenty of choice of restaurants.

Only small niggles were in the shower room. The soap dispenser was full but couldn’t get it to dispense. The shower head adjustment wouldn’t hold the shower head are the correct height all the time. Very small niggles that we didn’t report to reception so we are at fault there.

Excellent location, amazing size of the room, quite decent breakfast, indoor swimming pool is a plus.

At the check in they never mentioned that the room was in the old building of the hotel, with no lift (being with a toddler is not the most comfortable situation). Indoor swimming pool was probably not heated at the informed temperature, as it was cold.

The room is spacious and clean. When we first arrived at the room, the room itself is well prepared, the airco's on and the room's in nice cold temp (consider outside was so hot). Kitchen utensils quite complete. It's easy when you want to cook for you or your family. (There's a supermarket nearby) Location is just walking distance to tourist destination.

We can't adjust the temp for the airco in the room. Either on or off because it's central. But not quite a problem.

Very nice apartment, kitchen facilities and A/C works well. We like the location not far from the town its 10 to 15 minutes walk and a supermarket nearby. Bed is comfortable and quiet at night so we have a good night sleep. If you want to use the kitchen to cook, you need to bring your own stuffs, meaning the basics like oil, salt and pepper and dishwashing paste.

the apartment that we had was big and clean - had a small kitchen (not absolutely necessary for us, but nice to have). The pool is also a plus (not big but enough to make the kids happy). Parking is not free. The employees were nice! … PS: is very close to city attractions

the breakfast is not ok - I don’t expect to get caviar but at least boiled and scrambled eggs and two different types of cheese and salami should be included if you decide to offer “buffet”

The rooms are suits, with living room and balcony, spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, with fresh bread and pastries coming out the oven, artisanal yogurt, cheese and jams. Only downside there was not fresh fruit, for the rest it was really good.

The parking was outdoors, so it was actually the same as parking on the street for free (which we did).

The receptions. Keep telling me no PIN code. to get into the hotel. The doors are all locked at about 10 pm. It’s so inconvenient. I saw families who have to wait for others with PIN code. To open the front door. It’s Judy bizarre. Why some hotel guests were given pin n not others ? I asked like 5 x over 2 days !!

It had kitchen appliances, facilities for disabled people, parking area with direct access to the first floor rooms. Pretty with comfortable beds and pillows.

Not very clean. It seemed like the previous tenants had a hairy animal who’s hair were still there when we got there. The parking area was small so the available areas were already reserved when we got there. The pool was full of people and finally we did not use it. Very expensive and it’s facilities could not justify the price.
