Hello again to the Arc En Ciel Colmar Hotel Team, First of all, I have called the hotel before the departure from Manchester to double check all details and also mentioning that we are going to arrive at the Hotel around 23:00-00:00 . I am sorry I don't remember the young gentleman's name but he waited for us at that late hour opening the door for us and giving all the details in terms of Breakfast. Also the rest of the staff(ladies) in the morning they received us with a big and warm smile explaining the buffet breakfast and also guiding/giving information about where we can have a traditional meal at one of the restaurants in Colmar , where we chose the " Koifhus" one and was great! The room was always cleaned, beautiful staff members ready to help!...As we both working in hospitality/restaurants/hotels ,We really want to Congratulate all of you guys for all the professional services you provide! From the moment we took our first step into the facility, the attentiveness and warmth of the staff were extraordinary. Although I may not know their names individually, I would like to thank each and every employee at the reception. Moreover, the complimentary hot wine offering added an extra touch to our appreciation for the hotel.

The room was a bit small. Due to the insufficient shower curtain, water leaked into the bathroom. It would be better to have a small nightstand by the bed. I accidentally dropped my phone on the floor during the night.

First off, the staff is exceptionally friendly and speak perfect English! I felt so welcome right away. They even went an extra mile organizing me a space for remote work. These folks deserve a raise! The breakfast was great, too. The room is as tiny as I expected from the photos, yet very clean and well-maintained. The bed was really comfortable.

The location is not really close to the city center, and the buses are rather sparse, so if you don't like walking, check the bus schedule beforehand. That has nothing to do with the hotel, but just a circumstance to keep in mind

The location of the hotel is good, 10-15min walking distance from the city centre. There's private parking with plenty of space. Breakfast is amazing, with fresh bake-off, eggs, pancakes, and much more - the breakfast area/terrace is really cozy. Personal was helpful.

The room was quite small - small bed, small toilet/shower. TV programs are all in french, no possibility for logging on to Netflix. You only get 1 towel per person, no hand/face/hair towel, so that was something that we missed.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. they were so kind and let us leave the car till afternoon. the treats in the room and the reception were delicious. chocolates, mulled wine, hot apple juices, croissants etc. everything was nice and delicious!

The bathroom and toilet were in separate sections. The room and toilet were very narrow and cramped. If you have more than 1 piece of luggage or a large piece of luggage, you may have difficulty finding a place to open your luggage.

The atmosphere of common area and glühwein for free are great! The staff at the reception is very welcoming and helpful.

The room in the photos seemed to us a lot bigger than the one in real. It is like 15-20 mins by walk to the centre. We didnt mind but if you dont like walking, you should keep in mind. The heater can be renovated.

The room was small but had clever use of the space for storage. The bed was comfortable. The location is good for the town and large, free car parking is great. Lovely outside seating area. Breakfast is really good. Nice dining room. The ripe plum tree in the car park!!!

The fact that is dog friendly. We found dog hairs on furniture and we do smell dog easily as we are not dog owners. This could be a problem for allergy sufferers

The staff was really kind, specially Leo, who did a great job welcoming us. The hotel have good facilities, with parking lot and a lobby where you can rest, even after checking out, and a pretty good breakfast. It's located about 10 to 15 minutes walking from the city old center, which is quite convenient as well. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again.

I didn’t like that the bath and toilet are separated. There is a sink in the bathroom which also had enough space for toiletries and clothes but there’s no sink in the toilet which is a sanitary. One could easily go to the bathroom again and wash but it was inconvenient and unhygienic. Other than that, it’s a comfortable place to spend the night :-)

The staff was great! So warm and welcoming. The room was good too. It didn't have air conditioning but we had a fan and an air refresher to help us with the heat which worked super well. The breakfast was lovely. Our son greatly appreciated the "make your own pancakes" stand 💕

As we didn't have a car (we came by train) the location was a bit far off from the train station and city centre. Especially with backpacks, an 11 year old and 40 degrees 🤣🥵
