The hotel was fine, nothing brilliant but nothing I would mark them down for. The staff were helpful and we were able to secure parking.

When I checked in they took my credit card and said they were only recording the numbers against any charges incurred. They charged for breakfast, but we often don't have breakfasts. When it was time to check out, they had to refund the breakfast costs, which means he actually DID take money out of our account at the outset, contrary to the advice he gave me. :(

Privilege room was smaller than the last privilege room. The other room (403 or 409?) had 2 storage shelves. There were extra storage built near the corner near the long mirror. When we were put into another privilege room we didn't have the extra storage, just 1 set of shelves by the wardrobe. It was nice to have had that extra bit of space in the other room. It was right by the lift. The bigger privilege room also had more tea sachets provided yet there were plenty of coffee sachets. There was only 1 provided in the smaller room upon our return in the same trip. Shame there isn't a steam room, that would have been nice.

Good location, close to old town, main shoping street (Rue des Clefs), restaurants. Next to Kestner square where you can catch buses to all those beautiful Alsatian villages (Riquewihr, Kaysersberg, Ribeauville, etc.) Big room with huge and comfy bed Breakfast options are limited in my opinion, but as for French standards the selection is probably quite broad :)

Nothing really. If anything - only one elevator becomes a bottleneck in busy moments. My room was on first floor, so I mostly used stairs but it could be a problem for orhers.

Very friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Gen Mgr is competent and attentive, and I noticed that she runs the team very well--with clear guidance and support. The room is not very large, but, of course, for city location all you really need. There is coffee and soft drinks ("premium" room). We really liked the shower and soap products--nice honey smell. Location is perfect for a stroll in the old city. 5 mins to the cathedral and Pfister house...

The elevator--only one!! During rush hour (breakfast and check-out) this is really a pain. The garage is very low and narrow, but works. However, there is no stairwell to the garage--you must wait for the lift. :-( The gym is equipped with only basic equipment. The general trainer is broken (entangled ropes) and needs fixing. Otherwise: clean, hardly used and functional.

The man at the reception was very friendly and we felt welcome .we arrived early and got a room . Housekeeping person was very friendly too. the breakfast was good and enough coffee machines available, mo long queue. The location is perfect, 3-5 minutes walking to the Christmas market. The parking place is ok too, we had a box for our own. Thanks a lot

Choose the privilege room and breakfast to have a memorable accommodation. The hotel is at the entrance to the old center, close to the tourist office and close to all the attractions of the area. Nespresso machine in the room, Nuxe cosmetics, and daily water and cola in the fridge. Fabulous bed and the staff is present without disturbing.Departure on the alsacien wine road is made near the hotel Enjoy!

The hotel seems brand new throughout. The rooms are just the right size without being too small. The hotel was an easy walk from the old town with a plethora of shops, restaurants, cafes, and ice cream. The air conditioning worked well and it was nearly 33°c outside. The parking was under the hotel and just fine.

location was great! On a well-traveled street but right next to the pedestrian zone of the old town.

The parking garage was very small, but we managed with our somewhat larger American spec auto. pretty tight though but not the fault of the property. Actually a great blessing to have the convenient parking in such an old town.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel right in centre, walking distance to markets.

At reception they took 100 euros on my credit card for the 'mini bar' but in the room it had only 1 bottle of water! The reception said the money was just 'blocked', not taken, but as it showed up on my card at that time I had to pay it. Not very professional.

staff were extremely nice and helpful. good location, short walk to the old town. Secure car park underground was perfect for us as we travelled with a lot of luggage for an overnight stay and did not want to empty the car.
