The hotel staff had wonderful communication prior to us arriving. I inquired about our small dog (10€/night) and parking (18€/night) at a nearby garage. The staff had the parking card ready when we arrived. There is “loading zone” in front of the hotel. We dropped our luggage off and then parked the car. It was a 2min walk to the hotel from Parking Rapp Garage. We were appreciative of the room upgrade, alittle quirky set up the way the bathtub was right when you entered the room. The room was just enough space for a couple and a small dog. We liked having the balcony. The hotel is in the center, it was truly the best location. The staff members were very kind, a few spoke English. We did not have breakfast, but there are so many cute cafes nearby! We enjoyed our stay even with the tiny issues.

A few of the downfalls that should be noted is the shower drained SO slow, it would flow outside the shower door. The hot water was super tricky, it was either too hot or cold. Last was the Wi-Fi- it was hit or miss, and pretty slow.

Great location, easy walk to areas of interest, bars and restaurants. Quiet location. Room was upgraded, clean and spacious. Spa bath (not used), plus rain water shower wet room. Kettle, Nespresso machine. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was very good - a lot of effort made by the staff as we were the only ones staying.

There was a security light in the open plan section of the bathroom which didn't turn off. Fridge didn't seem to be working. Both were reported in the morning. Parking was in the underground parking station nearby - which was fine, may not have read the fine print/ reviews as I thought we could park on site. Check parking rates, as overnight parking may be cheaper to pay for yourself. As it was a "hotel" I was expecting the reception desk to be manned. We were unsure of our arrival time and turned up early. A quick phone call got us checked in promptly.

Breakfast was simple, but good, fresh, quality. The location was in old town and very convenient. They have a great patio area to relax with a glass of wine. They made restaurant reservations for us. They went way beyond expectations. They not only provided an ice bucket and ice for our champagne, but the owner l put it in the freezer to ice it down faster. Then when our cab didn’t arrive, they even drove us to the train station! Highly recommend this hotel!

it’s a very beautiful hotel , more like a house , u feel at home, very cozy , very clean , great staff , very welcoming, was ready to answer all our questions, helped us with the parking, lovely area , we came especially for Christmas, it’s 2 minutes walk from all Christmas markets… lovely shops …. Alsace traditional cookies , food… souvenirs . in 2 words 100% will come back ❤️

no parking next to the hotel …. but that wasn’t a problem , we were lucky to find a payable spot. if not the hotel offers u a parking card of 18€ per day just 3 minutes away from the hotel .

The location of the property was amazing! so easy to get to everything in down town Colmar. It was also very clean and modern.

The only complaints I really have are the internet, towels, and smell of lobby. The internet connection was horrible. couldn’t get any work done while I was there. the towels were very rough and did not soak water up to well. Lastly the lobby area smelt like very strong incense.It created a headache is was so strong.

Hotel located in the very historical center of Colmar close to Petite Venise and all the other sights of the city, It is 15 minutes walk to the train station. Close to the hotel but not in its street which is very quiet, you will find several restaurants, shops and bars. The room was contemporary style with the shower and the wc behind the bed with dividers. It was quiet and comfortable. Wifi good.

Located just a few streets from the heart of this beautiful town. We were upgraded to a superior room on arrival and it was superbly appointed. At the rear of the property is a lovely patio area. We were able to securely park our motorcycle within the courtyard that was locked at night.

The breakfast was good, although it offered only a limited variety of food. The middle aged lady at the reception was warm and welcoming despite that she didn’t speak any English.

The space was quite limited for us to place our own amenities in the room.

this is a magical boutique hotel in the center of Colmar. beautiful room extremely large huge comfy room including bath tub bed pillows so pumped excellent service I really had a great experience so happy I choose this hotel you will enjoy and won’t regret for a minute if you book it highly addictive and recommend !!!

The location of this small boutique -hotel is excellent. Within walking distance you see the best parts of Colmar. Hotel is elegantly decorated, and the staff was very welcoming. We really enjoyed the breakfast, although it wasn’t included (+16 €). Our room was the luxury suite for four with two bathrooms, and it was really tidy, with soft drinks included. Parking hall Rapp is ideally located within walking distance.
