The manager said she messaged us which we never received a message. She then scolded us and said we should have told her when we were arriving. On our booking it said between 3 and 4. We wrote in the morning of our arrival to ask if we could drop off our luggage. No response. At three we called the only member we had which was the owners. That is when he told us she does not like to use the email, phone or text but uses WhatsApp. This is an app we are unfamiliar with and do not use. The place was lovely, the location was fantastic but it was stressful getting the keys and frustrating to be scolded for using an app Americans do not commonly use.

Better communication! If you message and get no response you might need to try a different form of communication. We are traveling for a month and have stayed in numerous accommodations and this was our first problem.

Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable apartment with gorgeous high-end furniture. It is well-located, just a block or so off the main pedestrian shopping street in the old town. The apartment is well-equipped, and it really felt like a home away from home. It is even nicer than the photos! We stayed there for four nights with our adult daughter—she had a separate room with a sofa bed off the master bedroom. (The set-up works fine for a family member, but since the person staying there has to pass through the master bedroom, it wouldn’t work for every type of group.) The master bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a huge shower with plenty of hot water. There was also a washing machine (no dryer), though we didn’t use it. The kitchen was huge and had plenty of dishes/silverware/cooking equipment, etc. The living room was beautifully furnished and comfortable. It is a ground-floor apartment, so easy to navigate with luggage. But be aware that there are about four steps to get in, in case mobility is an issue. We walked there from the train station— it's about a 15 minute walk with luggage. I hope we will return to Colmar some day and we would certainly stay again!

Nothing, everything was perfect! One suggestion, though: please provide a bar of soap for the shower and a tray to put it on.

The housekeeper Aida is really responsible and welcoming. She tried to make sure everything went perfect for us. The location is great, close to everything, especially a secure parking garage, Parking Place Rapp. Aida gave us a commutation ticket of that garage, which saved us a few bucks a day. The apartment is quite spacious and well equipped with everything we need to make our stay comfortable. But the floor might need fixing, for it would make some noise whenever we walked around.

The only problem with the apartment is the annoying noise on the street. Some insane drivers, as well as motorists would make so much noise by circling around the corner. If we closed the window to shut out the noise, it would get stuffy inside because the apartment is not air-conditioned. Though we know it’s costly to install an air-conditioner in France, it can make a good investment after all.

This accomodation had everything you would want. Beautiful old building in a prime location. Plenty of room inside, the apartment had two bedrooms, kitchen and lounge very close walking distance to the old town, we would grab a croissant each morning for our breakfast. We felt like we were living as a local. immensely enjoyed our stay here

Well located, spacious, beautiful apartment. We only stayed for the weekend but it was well equipped for longer stays.

Worst bed ever. Street level so it's a bit noisy and you have to keep the curtains shut all the time. Only 2 capsules of coffee available for a weekend stay... Wrong info given about the parkring prices

A fabulous very large apartment right on the edge of the old historic town of Colmar, Super comfortable large rooms, cosy king size bed, large kitchen & superb bathroom / huge shower. The host Aida contacted us the a couple of days before we arrived via WhatsApp and was waiting at the apartment when we arrived, Couldn't have been easier !! 10/10 for the apartment, location and the host. - THANK YOU x

The apartment is very spacious, an elegant kitchen, a comfortable living room, a large matrimonial bedroom and a small separate bedroom suitable for 1-2 children. Large and elegant bathroom.

Small problems with parking in the area, the parking access card did not work for 1 day.

dishwasher was difficult to learn how to put soap into, so did not turn on. also could not get the TV cable box to work. No instructions provided, so no TV during our stay.

We loved the space in the apartment with its high ceilings and perfect location.

The sliding wardrobe was unusable, as the door had got stuck, but we used the small room next to the bedroom as a dressing room.

Loved the location, easy to get to all the things to do. Great kitchen and nice furniture and spatious.
