It was a lovely and luxurious room, beds were so comfy and hosts were very welcoming and polite, they even moved their own car out of the garage so we could use it for our vehicle. The breakfast staff were so friendly and helpful too with a good selection on offer of cold meats/cheeses, apple tart, cereal, fruits, pancakes, fresh bread and croissants and more. We Would recommend this hotel that had so much character to everyone and would definitely stay again, we didn’t have much time to explore as it was a quick one night stopover for the ferry but we walked up the street to the old parts of Dinan and stopped at Plan B and had the most amazing salmon burgers and the kids had goats cheese ones! The gift shops stayed open until 10pm too so we could use up our euros and Roxanne had given us a key for the main door entry if we wanted to return late.

Can’t really fault it, only minimal pointers that might be useful for guests would be maybe a bath mat and some coasters for our drinks beside the bed or maybe a division between our bed and the kids single beds but that’s just our personal preferences.

Room good and new bathroom was exceptional. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of tasty things to eat. Kevin and his partner were very kind and helped recommend a great restaurant for our evening meal.

For an old bloke like me, the stairs tight to the top of the house were bit of a struggle, but at least Kevin carried our big bag up for us. It would have been nice to relax and have a cold beer when we got back from our meal, but I understand that the couple need some time to relax ready for an early start the next morning.

Roxanna and Kevin, the owners, were simply wonderful! They catered for our every need, and we enjoyed our chats with them. Roxanna went above and beyond when she gave us a room with its own terrace and recommended a perfect place to have our evening meal. The hotel was perfectly located just by the old town. Street parking was no problem. We wish Roxanna and Kevin and all the staff the very best!

This was a perfect hotel!

Rooms are recently renovated with good taste and good quality materials. Very nice bathroom, all very clean. Good breakfast (more choice than usual in France). Very good location on short walking distance of the old centre of Dinan and its cosy boutiques and restaurants. We could have a private parking place nearby (not posh, but secured). Extremely kind hosts who provide you with perfect service.

No free bottle of water on the room.

The hotel is owned and run by a young couple who could not be more helpful. They are friendly, attentive and maintain the hotel to a high standard of cleanliness. Very good value for money and located a short walk from the centre of Dinan. Highly recommended.

The room facilities were excellent but the provision of sachets of tea, coffee and milk for guests need more attention.

Excellent location, very near to the old part of the city but out of the bustle. Friendly and really helpful staff. A comfortable and well-equipped room.

Perhaps the breakfast room was a little cramped - but nothing they could do about that short of rebuilding - and the Internet connection was a little unreliable. But these are only minor niggles: the hotel is great.

A lovely little hotel just outside the Porte de St Malo in Dinan. Great continental breakfast and lovely staff. Very comfortable. We had a room next to a cobbled street which could get noisy during the day, so I'd recommend spending a bit more and getting a room overlooking the lovely little courtyard(s). We'd certainly go again.

Kevin and Roxanna were really helpful and charming. We could store our bikes in their garage. Their hotel was very comfortable, attractively furnished, with easy parking on the road round the corner or free carpark. Very close to old centre of St Malo. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice. Highly recommended, we look forward to returning.

This is a bicycle friendly hotel. They have a good storage area for bikes in a garage adjacent to the hotel. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There is a pleasant courtyard where you can sit in the sun. Although they don't have a restaurant they made us a marvellous snack in the afternoon and the breakfast was very good.

Warm friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We were running late so we phoned ahead to let them know and when we arrived they put together a plate of cooked meat and cheese so we were able to eat after a very trying journey. An unpretentious hotel with lots of charm.

The matress on the bed had seen better days and was rather saggy! There isn't any parking as such but we didn't have too much trouble with parking in the local streets.
