A good base to visit Dinan when arriving by car. We were able to check-in, drop everything & walk into the old town & down to the port for dinner. Good sized room with kitchenette. Had a relaxing hour in the pool at the end of the second day.

Even though it is an apartment-hotel I would have expected the beds to be made up, the pillows were but not the sheets or duvets. These had to be stripped at the end of the stay also. A pricelist in the room of what you'd be charged if you break anything but such detail didn't extend to cleanliness with dusty bedside tables and lamps. The pool cover was over the whole pool with no signs of it being recently moved.

Large well equipped one room apartment on 4th floor. Velux windows with great views. Comfortable beds (although we had to put our own sheets and duvet covers on.) Lift access. Location within walking distance of Dinan centre and plenty of Restaurants.

It was more like a hostel than a hotel. We were asked to leave a damage deposit of 100 Euros for one night stay. We also got the impression that we had to clean the room thoroughly before we left or we would be fined, although in the booking info it said cleaning was included.

We booked a one bedroom apartment it was very spacious and clean. Excellent location and within easy walking distance to the historic centre of beautiful Dinan. Equally as important, especially for us, it was pet friendly. There are extra charges which are on the Vacancéole home site which explain why the bed was unmade on arrival. You can have a continental breakfast for an extra fee or like many order a morning baguette to take to your room. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

No washing machine. Use the laundromat opposite E.Leclerc, exceptionally clean and well valued.

Even though we were late arriving, obtaining entrance to the building and finding our key to our apartment was straightforward. I was surprised at how spacious our apartment was. Was expecting just one room.

Would have preferred a walk in shower. The bath was very deep to climb into to have a shower. Thought the addition of a dishwasher was a waste of space and cost. Due to our late arrival would have preferred the bed to have been made.

The location was great. Having the pool was a bonus for our younger daughter. Being dog friendly meant we could have a family holiday with our (therapy dog in training) puppy tagging along too.

It needed a deep clean around skirting boards and door frames etc but otherwise was great.

Apartment was spacious and very clean. Convenient, easy to navigate on-site parking. Staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Kids loved the pool! Great value overall.

Everything was great except the beds. Futon had some broken slats that had been taped, and the kids found it fairly uncomfortable. The mattress on the regular bed was also somewhat hard. Perhaps this was just a one off with our room.

Very well located, close to the centre, 10/15mn walking distance max. The bed was very confortable. Not very big bedroom but it's ok and nice bathroom towels

A bit warm as we had the flat under the roof, be careful in full summer as I didn't see air conditioning as far as I remember. Parking is to be paid but you can easily park for free closely

Helpful reception. Excellent location. Quiet, warm and comfortable accommodation. This is our third or fourth visit, and it's certainly somewhere we would like to stay in future.

The only little quibble was that the bed mattress was a bit too firm for my wife - but not for me!

Very large apartment with beautiful big windows. We loved the luggage trolleys! Fantastic location walking to the historic centre and supermarkets. Very quiet.
