We felt immediately welcomed from the staff. Our room was ready for our early arrival. As requested, 2 twin beds and a quiet room. Everything was in good condition and clean. We liked the set up of the room & bath and hallway. The breakfast was well managed…even with fresh-squeezed orange juice. Laurent, the hotel director was so helpful and it appears that the staff works well as a team. The location is right on a plaza - near a bus stop, post office, bank - yet our room was so quiet. We cannot say enough about our 3 night stay in this hotel. Kudos to all.

I cannot think of a thing. We were happy with everything. (Much better than the IBIS facility in Granville. I have not seen an evaluation for them pop up yet.)

Hotel is very well located in city centre with entrance to the old city across the street. Bus stops for travel to Dinard, and Rennes across the street. Train station is a short walk. Staff were all quite pleasant. Breakfast was nicely presented, but basic, except the fresh squeezed orange juice was +++! The bike theme in the rooms was cool and little touches like the brake lever hooks were neat. Nice lobby area too with a bar.

We booked two rooms of the same type. When we got into the rooms, one was twice the size of the other and the smaller room had an extremely small bathroom. Since I was alone it was fine, but if two people had to share the tiny room and bath it would be uncomfortable. My father's room on the other hand was quite large and bath also. Both rooms faced the square which was nice. For some reason my room would also get very hot even though the temp control was on cool. We were only there 1 night so not a big deal.

The best location. My room was 302 overlooking Place Duclos and a lovely carrousel. Walk up Grande Rue opposite and the further you get, the more mediaeval it gets. Some of these old building are from1224! Breakfast was served on the ground floor and had an excellent choice. There is a Carrefour supermarket on the other side of the hotel. The hotel staff all spoke English and were most helpful. I was waiting for a bus and one of the staff brought me a glass of iced water without me even asking. Good customer service

The room was airy, bright and clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom with walk-in shower was large and uncluttered. The location was convenient to the old town and an underground car park.

Although the breakfast offered a good range of food, the buffet area was frequently crowded resulting in queues forming. There always seemed to be a shortage of tables, and the area was quite cramped.

The breakfast was a good variety for all ,vegans and non vegans. The Hotel was very central only the bar across the Road played their music extremely loud and we had to use the aircon as we could not enjoy the fresh air from the windows being open. A bit of a waste of electricity.

The noise from the Bar across the Road was extremely loud so you had to use the aircon to block the noise instead of enjoying the fresh air coming through the wonderful option of open windows. The duvet and pillows were not of a high std. If you stay for longer . All in all we did enjoy our stay and will be back :)

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The communal room where we ate was well organised and really friendly, which we enjoyed. The breakfast was lovely.

It was in the middle of apartments so was a little difficult to find, but actually not too far to walk to the main centre for shopping/eating/entertainment

Free parking has been one of the criteria for the choice of this hotel (location and free parking), but in reality the hotel has not its own parking: there is a public parking close to the hotel that you have to pay. The hotel told us that we are not the first customers to complaint about the parking description and related additional cost.

This is a nice, comfortable hotel in a great, central location from which to explore Dinan, which is a lovely town. The excellent buffet breakfast included in the price of our stay was a real bonus.

The only downside was that although there is parking available nearby at a large public carpark, it is rather expensive.

Would have been better to have facilities in room, to make a drink when you wake up rather than having to get dressed to go down stairs to reception to make a drink. Shower cubicle could do with being a little bigger.

Warm friendly welcome and very comfortable room (double with sofa bed). The theme is industrial but the beds are comfy, the shower is very good and the breakfast was lovely. Location wise you can just stroll out the door and wander the ancient streets if Dinan. A fantastic hotel for the price.
