The room was clean. Suprisingly well equipped kitchen. The location was not far from the centre (only I tram stop away, the tram stop Romarin is 1 minut on foot from the hotel).

The breakfast was ok, but I would appreciate some vegetables to put on a sandwich, or a salad. Because it wasn't provided, after the first breakfast, I decided to make the breakfast myself. But if you don't care that much about healthy eating, the breakfast itself is fine. There is yoghuts, bread, lots fo jams, cheese, ham, coffee, tea, french sweets, eggs, bacon etc. I know, I'm picky, but I care about healthy eating.

Nice functional room. Had all we needed for our night stopover - coffee machine, fridge, microwave hob - did not use most but it was clean ready if needed. All staff very nice and helpful. Good wifi, sweets in bed yammy. Nice strong shower with adjustable stream. Comfy bed, we slept well. Good location only 15 minutes walk to town and the Westfield shopping centre. Parking available to purchase for around 12 euro and free from Sat evening 9pm to Sunday on the street. Our daughter got unexpectedly sick in the lift and the gentleman on reception was so very kind and helpful - it was hugely appreciated. Good place to visit lovely Lille. Breakfast very good and highly recommended.

Lovely accommodation for a short stay in Lille. The room was the perfect size for the two of us. Beds very comfy and facilities a good size. Loved the small kitchenette with coffee and tea making facilities. Staff were friendly and made check-in/out seamless. Not far from centre of Lille if you don't mind walking across busy roads.

Location was a bit out of the way. Not far from the centre but along the motorway which didn't make for the most ideal walk. Would be fine getting the bus though as it goes from right outside.

Property is in a good location just outside city ring with easy access to tram and underground parking which is relatively cheap per day. Room was of a good size with nice kitchen and bathroom facilities. Cleanliness was good and wifi also good.

Reception staff were ok but check in was a little rushed and no clear info on parking or local amenities and info on access into city . Breakfast was ok but felt very cramped and pace for breakfast not big enough for number of people using it. Double bed felt a little small and mattress wasn't overly comfy

Close to the city centre, helpful and friendly staff, gluten free breakfast, comfortable beds with pillows menu(soft, hard, medium) Very clean room and common places. Quite neighborhood with a lot of parking spots (free after 6 pm and at Sundays) Eco friendly hotel with bio (also gluten free options) breakfast. Breakfast lady refilled food all the time and cleaned the tables every time that somebody left. Good price

Rooms are a bit outdated and there is no airco but still very good hotel 😊

Great location (close to the main train station) and very friendly staff. Room was a decent size and had all the things we needed for our 3 month old. Also loved the filtered water at reception.

Room wasn't very clean when we arrived. There was small beads all over the floor in the living room and when I raised this to the staff they didnt seem to bothered about it. Also water was cut to the building and no advance notice was given.

The location is good, it is in a quiet area on the edge of the center. With a small walk you can reach the center, but we preferred to use the car. The staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast very good: a lot of choice and very good quality.

It was not clear that the room was on two levels and having small kids it was not ideal. They had fun going up and down from the stairs, but I think our neighbours were not that happy!

very good location. excellent safe neighbourhood. spacious apartment - for 3 people we had a split level apartment with living room/kitchen downstairs and bedroom/bathroom upstairs. clean and well-maintained. good metro link to train stations and city (the tram has cheap ticket for 3 stops so worked out very cheap). can also walk to centre in 15-20m. nearby carrifour in Euralille but also a monoprix if take the tram to the other side, which is less busy and more pleasant. friendly staff.

Spacious enough underground parking. Nice, welcoming staff, speaking almost perfect English. 10-15 mins walking distance from city center.

The apartment we were in was sadly not clean enough. There were some broken things - like trash bin, shower, window mechanism etc. The stairs leading to the second bedroom (where the bathroom/toilet also is) are too steep and could be dangerous for kids or elderly people.
