The hotel was in an optimal position to reach all the main attractions and sights of Lyon, in a really silent road. The room was clean and bright and receptionist were available and prone to offer assistance to guests

In my opinion, a trash bin should be placed not only in the toilet but also in the room. The room was not that big and it lacked a fridge. I would recommend fixing the vending machine with cold beverages at the ground floor, especially in these pretty hot days it could be really appreciated for thirsty guests

That breakfast was included. The hotel is clean and location was close to University Scien-Po which was great.

Rooms are quite small. I had reserved two rooms, the hotel cancelled one of my reservations thinking it was a duplicate but didnt verify with me first!? This created an issue upon check in when we realised there was only one room reserved for four adults! They managed to find us another room but it was their own fault for not verifying first.

The concierge was very open and friendly and the hotel has a tram very close and a secure parking lot within walking distance. Everything works with a single code you're given, which removes the card hassle.

The hotel is on the edge of an insecure neighbourhood and has limited parking available. The room was equiped with the bare minimum and was quite small. The wifi was very slow and required a full sign-up and registration before every connection.

this is an excellent place to stay. Basic but does the job, very clean, excellent safe location very close to the centre and Universities. the tram stations are nearby. Th first night I booked via bookings.com and the price was fair. There were not available nights for the rest of the week. When they became available I booked directly on the hotel's website and my view is that the price was unreasonably high. So if you book in advance the price is fair but if you leave it late then it is not value for money.

price too high, and also that they do not clean the rooms during the stay. They even do not remove rubbish from the room. this was however explained at the time of booking

Conveniently located just across the river from the old town, station and plenty of restaurants the hotel stood out since it has parking! (limited and first come first serve basis). This was convenient (I manage to get a parking place) as we needed to travel every day to our meeting location outside the city (yet be close enough to meet and eat in the old town by foot at night). Must admit this was my main motivation staying... The rest did not disappoint and also fulfilled my expectation.

Although I understood the parking policy (first come first served) it created a risk as I did not know if and where alternatives were available. I also could not get clear instructions on what the best way was to go about... In the end (at the time of early afternoon I arrive) there was some short term parking available in the street around the hotel and I could pay for 30 minutes and book in and found out that indeed some underground parking spot is still available... They could have told me that...

Reasonably new compared to other hotels from this chain I stayed at. The AC was efficient and quiet, soundproofing wasn’t an issue either. There is an underground garage with quite a few places and the hotel itself is close to great bakeries and restaurants.

My experience with the hotel staff wasn’t very pleasant - having two towels in total for 2 people in the room I asked for a hand towel in the reception and was told to use one of the two instead - never got that before in any hotel I stayed at. Also, if you have a bigger car entering the parking might be a bit challenging.

Nice comfortable bed, clean room and friendly staff. Didn't take breakfast on site but have a coffee machine dispenser with good morning brew. I however had a look at what they offered for breakfast and looked very good. Typical continental breakfast of fresh pastries and bread with a selection of jams and honey. Also have cereals. Easy access from the train station and even closer to the main attractions of Lyon.

Took us 30 minutes to get to the hotel by foot. I would recommend to take a taxi if you don't like walking.

- We asked for an electric parking when we booked the hotel. When we arrived the parking was actually booked for us in an otherwise full garage of the hotel. Very good experience. - Pretty central location right next to Rhone.

- The electric charging in the garage only supported about 2kW power so it would take 24h to charge the car. - The entrance to the garage is super narrow and very tight to navigate. The keypad for entering the code is a bit far too reach and then the door closes very fast. Maybe have a longer timer and for exiting you could have the door open automatically as it detects the car in front of it. - Even though the checkin is supposed to be at 12:00, our code to enter the room didnt work anymore shortly after 11:00. We asked at the reception and they sent a cleaning lady to open our room but no explanation why the code didnt work or even an attempt to fix it.

Last time that I stayed in this hotel 3 years ago, I had commented that "some local products in the breakfast would be welcome". Well they did it! Breakfast now does have more fresh and local products, so well done :-) . The hotel is reasonably near the center (20 minutes on foot from the main square, 30 minutes from the old city). It has a secure underground parking which is quite narrow but super practical. The hotel is clean.

The room was a bit small but this was expected.

B&B Hotels are.really consistent which is a nice thing when you are driving around a foreign country and want to know that you're going to get rest and feel replenished

I know it's a city but I'd love a chair to sit outside in the morning as it's part of my routine to have a morning coffee in the fresh air
