The room was clean, modern and practical. It was quiet and spacey. For the traveler with train and bus it was perfect location. It was wide choice of breakfast. The next to the reception there was bar & restaurant & breakfast room. Anytime the guest can use the bar/restaurant for taking rest, it was very convenient. The staffs of the hotel were very friendly.

There was only one chair in the room. We needed one more chair.

Everything was great, whenever I'm traveling I do not have a lot of expectations, all I care about is that it's clean, easy to access, and safe. This place has fulfilled all of these expectations, plus the receptionist was really friendly! Thank you.

This hotel is fantastic, great location if you arrive/depart from Perrache as I did, and the collaboration with the on site restaurant is just awesome: I had a dream-like dinner and the best breakfasts one can ever imagine at a hotel. The hotel staff seems to be very aware of not wasting food and producing useless garbage, which I found awesome. This place is a jewel, and I really recommend it.

At some point they called my room phone from the reception around 11.30 pm saying that the fire alarm from my room was on, which I found really strange because I was just sitting working on my laptop and nothing was happening. The call was in French and when I said if they could explain this in English the tone was really aggressive. I would have liked an explanation and an apology, considering the late hour and the fact that it was not my fault. I also found a meal tray on the corridor at my arrival in the afternoon, with dirty croquery and food leftovers, and it stayed there until the morning after, which was a bit unpleasant.

The staffs were really kind and nice. They were very responsive and tried to help you with anything they could do. I was also lucky that they let me play the Yamaha baby grand piano at the hotel jazz bar where they serve the breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet was decent and the bed was comfortable. Location was excellent.

Some room minor equipment like a bedside reading light, shower head holder were falling apart. I would recommend them to replace shower curtain to longer ones as the current ones are too short to prevent flooding the bathroom floors. These are easy fixes.

Our room was classical double room and it was very small but clean, comfortable and cosy. Staffs were very kindly. you can find and refill cold or sparkling water in the breakfast room and there are free coffee and tea at the reception. The location is so close train tram or rail was superb and an easy transit to airport. The room price was very reasonable for the time of year and would definately stay there again if were to come back.

Very large room, comfortable bed, extremely clean, easy walk to old town and right at a train / tram / metro station. Room was dark but stylish (black paint, low lighting, etc.)

Lift was broken for the duration of my stay - fortunately, I was only on the first floor! The room (102) was very dark with just one small window, unusually located in a closet area.

Location is very well connected with the Train and bus routes. Hotel is in walkable distance from Tramway "Parrache". Direct tram is available from Gare Lyon Part Dieu. Room is very well maintained, zero plastic, even though the room size is small it has every thing. Impressed with the usage of space and green initiative. Staff is so friendly and available, they speak English and French so no problem in communication even though we didn't know French

Not much details available in the website about the room size. Room is bit congested but everything is available in the room(it's a big plus :) ) This wasn't a concern for us, we just faced issue while packing/unpacking the luggage.

Breakfast was rushed as we were not informed of when it was finishing . We paid for breakfast and 10 mins later was told it was being taken away . In saying that the breakfast was good if we could have properly enjoyed it . As I complained about having to rush we were refunded . The manager dealth with our complaint very well . Tea and coffee should be in the rooms instead of having to go downstairs
