The room was very spacious. The bed was soft and comfy. The bathroom was clean and spacious too. The location of this hotel was also great. It was close to a tram station and to the Musee des confluences.

Not much in particular. Perhaps if I had to really suggest a thing to improve, it would be for the gate call to be more responsive. I was in the taxi and the taxi driver called in for the gate to be opened. It took more than 5 minutes to get a response while the taxi meter kept on running. It would be more ideal if the gate call was more responsive.

The suite was very comfortable for travelling family of 2+2. Expect limited options for breakfast but enough to choose from, all very fresh and high quality products! Fantastic back garden with a cosy pizzeria/bar. Swimming pool was a great option to relax after long travel! Play room for children was very useful during the dinner. I agree, that this hotel is a bit outdated but we did not miss anything and they seem to be working on updates.

The staff seems to be a little grumpy. Maybe the manager (who by the way was very helpful) could share with them some tricks of how to stay positive and bring a better vibe to the hotel.

We took the breakfast which was great (but a bit croweded, I wonder if it becomes too bad if the hotel is full. The Gym was quite with very nice machines, but just a new of them, so, when more than two/three people enter you are kind of full. For the price, we had a more than excellent stay. The proximity to the Confluence Museum (excelent museum) and the neighborhood (beautiful gardens to walk around) was good too.

It looks like the building is being renovated (or had just been) so there are some fixes on the walls which are ugly, not in the rooms (we rented two and they were great). We could not go to the beach because of the weather, but that, of course, is not the hotel's fault. It seems like a small beach though. We had a new difficulties of entering/exiting from the garage. Something clearly to improve.

Room was very clean and quiet -- and cool. Just what I needed for work and sleep. The view over the pool was pleasant, and no issues at all with noise. A bit out of the way of Vieux Lyon, but it was very easy to get there as the T1 tram stop is close. Also walkable on the path along the river near the hotel toward Perrache. Found a lovely bistrot boulanger nearby and useful shops en route to ENS Lyon. All staff were pleasant and helpful -- thumbs up!

Good room, shower, beds, TV. All we needed for a three night stay. Great location for Halle Tony Garnier which was the reason for our trip. Tram link to the main part of the city is one street over. Didn’t take the breakfast as it seemed overpriced but there’s plenty of supermarkets in the area for room snacks if you were on a budget like we were.

€18 each for breakfast each morning is a rip off.

make sure you put the right address in sat nav, we went to the other close Novotel and were met by rude staff. arrived at the proper hotel and we met by a different level of staff, from start to finish they were really helpful and supportive. the pool was really welcome to cool off after a day travelling breakfast and dinner were very good.

car parking was confusing dinner menu was a little limited so the next next we traveled to confluence centre and ate at Hippo restaurant- very good for a family

Very clean, lovely bar and restaurant. Swimming pool was excellent, with bar and pizza kitchen. Loved that there was activities to entertain the kids, including football table, ping pong and others. Breakfast had a lovely selection. Car park facilities great! Staff very friendly and helpful.

There was some kind of generator or outside fan, near our bedroom window which was very noisy at night Still some ongoing building work, with drilling noise………but it looks like they will soon be done!

Stop on the way to the sea side. Comfortable, clean, spacious, friendly staff, parking available, quiet. My kid got a yoyo as a gift and was very pleased : such a sweet little gesture to make a little man happy !
