The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was suitable for a short stay, and I appreciated the coffee and vending machine in the lobby to get some snacks, water and coffee. The hotel is very close to the tram and subway, which made transportation very easy for me. It was really warm at nights, so I did not get cold inside the room.

I think there is an issue with the pipes in the bathroom. When the toilet is flushed, there are loud noises coming from the pipes. There has also been an occasional bad smell.

Easy to book, close to the bus station, parking spots free between 7pm and 9am the next morning. There’s a working WiFi and TV. The bathroom and everything it included was spotless clean. Amenities such as cups, toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel and shampoo included in the room. Bedsheets were very clean. There were extra blankets if ever needed. Many hangers in the closet.

Mainly because of bad timing when stayed a day during which buildings around were under construction. Thankfully the double glass windows cancelled the noise. It was also hot during summer but no worries as the room provided an electric fan and the large windows could be opened. Only one electrical outlet plug but it wasn’t a problem for my stay as I bring with me a multi plug wherever I go. Carpet looks dusty but it didn’t really bother me even though I suffer from dust allergies and asthma.

For a 2 star hotel I expected far less. The bed was really clean just like the bathroom. Location is literally next to the station. I didnt hear any noise from it.

There were some little broken pieces at the bathtub or weirdly finished parts of the room. And you had to leave your key at the front desk when you go out for the day or dinner, which felt odd.

Location was great, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops. Staff were super friendly, very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Being able to open the windows for fresh air was greatly appreciated. Lots of hot water.

Room was smaller than we are used to, with the bed up against the wall. The room could do with a touch up, looks worn. Carpet in passage has stains, looks dirty.

Within walking distance of multimodal Gare Perrache and easy to spot from station with big signage on the roof. Staff are present 24/7, friendly and accommodating. Lift to 3rd floor room was operational. Room was spacious, well-equipped (fan, hair dryer, TV etc), sound-proof and cleaned regularly.

A point of improvement would be to have sockets for phone charging next to the bed.

Location is very convenient. The room was fine, even bigger than I expected. Personnel at the reception was helpful.

Bed was rather too soft for me. Also, there was no air condition, but for this price the hotel was OK.

Perfect location. Great value for money. Really comfy beds. Friendly staff. We just used the hotel to sleep and get ready for the trip next day so it fulfilled our needs perfectly

It's located in an old building so getting to each room is a bit like a maze if you use stairs. The corridors would need some maintenance in lightning, but the rooms were good, a bit on the small size

The got water was instantly hot. A good shower in the bath tub. The bed was reasonably comfortable. Our bags were able to be minded during the day - we were leaving Lyon late afternoon. The location was close to Perrach station (trams, Metro and buses)

The room was very hot. A clunky fan that was provided was noisy and worked only reasonably well. The internet throughout the establishment was very weak. No laundry facilities were provided.

The hotel was relatively clean. Rooms were fine bed was comfy enough. Bathroom was fine. I think this is a great alternative to a hostel if you are looking for a private room and private bathroom. Staff were all very friendly.

Nothing really to complain about. You get what you pay for.

Cleaned every day to a high standard. Fresh towels and sheets. Very central position in the Presquile heart of Lyon. Excellent washing and toilet facilities. Lovely comfortable room. Friendly staff. Very reasonably priced.

It is an excellent place to stay but the outside could do with a reinvestment from the owners. It has lovely signage but is currently missing a couple of letters - the place needs a lick of paint and freshening up outside. The foyer is nice, and has a well stocked fridge of cold drinks and an excellent coffee machine. Again, inside the decor needs to be freshened up - but this is cosmetic - overall a great place to stay.
