Great location, it is super convenient, you can do shopping, walking along the river, you can take boat and tram, very comfortable beds, easy check out. And there is a private parking just under the hotel for 10 euros.

Rooms do not have balcony but you can go out easily.

Great hotel, I stayed there more then 5 times and it's on my top list all the time when I visit Lyon, great location, trendy hotel. It's located in a shopping center with top restaurants, cinema, activities specially for kids. Complete.

Staff are polite but basic service. Attention is not great. I had an issue with the choice of the beds in a room, I came back I asked for a replacement, they gave me the same configuration. Another time, the safe did not had batteries, I called them then 2 days later when I left, the safe was still without batteries. Again the staff are nice but missing more attention to customer needs. I will still stay in the hotel with adapted expectations unfortunately.

I always stay at this hotel when I come to Lyon because it's amazing: huge rooms, a bathtub, everything pristine clean, beautiful views over the river, a shopping centre attached, with a cinema showing original version films! What not to like!

The only issue for me is the breakfast: the room is quite small and gets very busy in the morning. It is quite disorganised and sometimes you have to wait a long time to get served. After trying it once, I've decided to just take the room without breakfast and have breakfast at Paradis de Fruit.

The location of the hotel is by far its main strength. The hotel is adjacent to a great mall. This means that you have access to a number of shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes. At the same time, it is not noisy, it has great internet connection, the staff are very kind and helpful, and the terrace is just lovely.

Breakfast is a real weakness at this hotel. The organisation of the breakfast is not very well thought through. As such, there are long queues. Also, many of the items did not have good signage. As such, it was not always clear what each item was or what was included in this item. Vegan options were very limited, unfortunately.

The hotel location is very nice. We were able to walk to the city (25 min) along the river. It's located close to a shopping mall with a cool foodcourt if you prefer something different than whatever the hotel offers. Breakfast was amazing.

The breakfast could have some more vegetarian or vegan options. The receptionist when we arrived did seem a little annoyed of our lack of French, but everyone else was a delight.

The location is perfect for transit from Netherland to south of France (you drive around 8-9 hours depending on traffic), it is very close to the highway so you don't spend much time crossing the city. It is close to a shopping mall thus we were able to find something to eat even on a Sunday afternoon. The room was nice, clean and quiet. The breakfast had many options including some vegan/vegetarian stuff ... still went for the croissantes and cheese :).

The parking was ok but it seemed a little bit too small for the size of the hotel and I think at some point it was full.

Great service, comfortable and clean rooms, our sincerest thanks to the hotel’s staff! Hotel has a beautiful terrace overlooking the river and nice promenade on the embankment. It’s not close to city centre, but the whole area is modern and worth visiting.

Breakfast was good and varied, but the restaurant and self-service area is too small for that quantity of rooms in a hotel, so we had to wait in line. That’s kind of uncomfortable.

1 elevator was out of order (leaving just the other 1), which meant a long time to wait for it each time

The bedroom was great. clean. It was very spacious. all furniture seemed new. it was all very comfortable. the bed and shower were super nice! Strong shower. We wished we could had stayed longer in this bedroom.

We wrote the hotel asking if they had vegan options at the breakfast before our stay and they said yes. When we arrived they had the basic food like fruit and juice. But real vegan options would be if there are waffles, then have also vegan waffles, same for pancakes, or french toasts or scrambled tofu to replace the eggs. Vegan options does not mean the side basic food that we of course did not wonder about, such as fruit and soy milk. The coffee machine was also serving dairy so this is a big problem for someone with dairy allergies, it should be separated. We wished we could have had a vegan cappuccino for example.

hotel was comfortable, clean and in a good spot by the small river and a great view in restaurant. Confluence museum and the mall is nearby the hotel

location is actually is not central, railway stop is close but if you want to walk to the city center it takes 30min.
