The hotel exceeded our expectations! We arrived late at night and the staff were accommodating and kind. Our room was very clean and wonderful. It was small, but I think it was big relative to other hotels in the area! They cleaned our room every day! Also, the area is very convenient for commuting in any direction, next to the metro and train station and right outside the hotel there is a tram stop. We will definitely choose it again if we go to Lyon.

Great location. Excellent help from staff when needed. At the end of my stay, I had a 5-hour wait between checkout and my return bus, and it was wonderful to be able to store my luggage in a locked room so I could use the time well.

It would have been nice to have a chair instead of an ottoman. I am old and my back is not the best. Also, the bedside "shelf" is so small it was hard to put even a nighttime glass of water on it. But - very minor things !!

Everything looked new, clean and had a nice warm design. Breakfast was very good. Small room with a very comfortable bed and big shower. Location was great, public transport in front and some small stores, a mall and restaurants in the same street.

Not bad, just funny. The elevator was the smallest I have ever seen in my life. Max of two people with luggage and still packed to one another.

very spacious room, staff was super nice and they let us in even before check in time since the room was ready, also, they kept our luggage on the departing day

i couldn’t sleep at night because neighbors were very loud (kept their tv on till 5am and were talking and laughing very loudly all night long), but I wouldn’t say it was because of the room. Noise was fine during the day, some people just don’t know how to behave.

Conveniently located near trams and metro station. Also only 20-30 minute walk to main sites. Very comfortable and clean facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast and tea/coffee bar was great. Bathroom small but still comfortable.

Room was a little bit cold, but there were extra blankets so it was warm enough and plenty comfortable. Window faced the street so it was a bit noisy - not something that bothered me at all, but as an fyi to any future travellers

Location was near the road where I was traveling, but street is blocked, so the car cannot enter. Parking lot available at the train station across the street.

Street entrance was blocked. Had to park the van on a bear street, walk to the hotel and find out that the parking available on the website was across the street at the train station.

The property was very clean, good location and also quiet place. I really recommended to everyone

The only problem is the deposit we have to pay on arrival.

Great location, comfortable bed and great staff. Very close to the main tram/train station which is convenient

The lift is soooo small, as a family we had a few things to take in and struggled. You can literally fit two people in there with no bags. We couldn’t fit our pram had to leave it downstairs in the luggage room.

The room was pleasant, but lacks the hot water cooker.

breakfast was good, but chaotic, due to a large group that need to breakfast together. The staff seems not to be trained to arrange that in a efficient way, so long queues.

The location is absolutely a dream for people in the centre of Lyon. The room had enough space and was very clean. It was great to stay there for one night.

The breakfast was good but the bred was really hard. The room was too cold. We had to use heating device.
