Very good location and friendly staff. Room was spacious with a lovely big window which let in lots of light. Air con worked great (thank goodness) and lots of storage and hanging space for clothes.

No luggage storage. We had to cart our bags around in 37 degree celsius heat from 10.30am until we could check in at 2pm. Staff said it was policy not to store bags.

Stuff was amazing, Juan and Samir helped a lot! The room was cleaned, tidy, cosy and its temperature was great as well!

Internet did not work very well and you constantly have to login, which is a bit annoying. To login you need to add your details included your telephone number and you have to select the international code from a long list, listed in a weird order.

It was a great location very central, 2 min walk to metro, 10 min walk to the old port and 5 minute walk to cathedral. Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was exactly what I expected for the price. Standard hotel bed, comfy. Shower was good. No bath, not best view but I didn’t pay for a view.

If I had to pick a negative it would be the halls were a bit smelly and dirty at times but nothing major.

Great air conditioned room located right in the city with a train station outside your door step. Let us check in very late, was a quiet room even with a noisy street outside, lots of outlets to charge things, free soap and shampoo, and working TV. Code for door so didn't have to worry about someone not having the key. Maid came everyday.

Someone was sleeping in the common area at 2am when we arrived which was weird. Kind of loud street outside with people shouting late at night but once you close the window you can't hear it. Vending machine ate our money and didn't work.

The room looked just like on the pictures and was clean and modern. The room we slept in didn't smell like smoke at all (like some other visitors complained about). The breakfast was simple and good, they had fresh baguettes and croissants, juices, coffee, yogurt, cereals, jam but unfortunately no fruits. The WiFi worked very well and the staff was friendly. The check-in and check-out were uncomplicated.

The curtains in the room were very dirty and clearly need a wash. (They had big spots of maybe coffee on it.)

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was bit small but it was fine for both of us. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet. We slept really well. We were on the top floor. The location was perfect. We were close to the centre and Vieux Port, only 10 to 15minutes walk. Good transportation at the bottom of the road with the metro (Joliette - line2) and tramway which was regular.

Nothing to complain about.

This is a budget hotel, so remember that you're paying for the basic facilities. But also know that the staff here are great, you'll get plenty of breakfast, it's quiet for a city centre hotel, and secure. If you're looking for a good budget hotel, then this one is great.

Very nice location, everything was clean and the room was comfortable.

Breakfast was a bit poor and the wifi didn’t work. Reception spoke quite poor English except for 1 very nice man :) Also there’s this game of B&B currently going on and we asked for the scratch cards from the reception. They said that they are out of them (no more) even though the game had started 1 day ago and it’s supposed to last until the end of August.

The staff were fantastic at moving me from my original room, as it stunk of Cigarette smoking, and I’m a non smoker

Didn’t like that people could smoke in the rooms, very unhygienic and dangerous if left to catch fire

No breakfast taken. Location very good - just a short walk to metro

Leak in bathroom and bathroom floor didn’t appear very clean. Reception was attentive to the report I gave but I chose not to have hassle of changing rooms
