ibis Marseille Centre Euromed

The hotel is in a great location. It sits in a modern and quiet road which has the tramway running running down the middle so that means getting about Marseille is made super easy as the stop is less than 50 metres from the hotel. Bear in Marseille is smaller than you might imagine and so getting around it is quick and easy using metro/tram/bus. This hotel is also situated in a smart area with lots of good shops and malls. Good aircon too.

The breakfast was fine but I couldn't find a toaster machine. A small issue only.

This hotel was really great. One of its best features is certainly the location. Only a short walk from the train station and also only a short walk and you're right at one of the touristic hotspots (Muceum, Cosquer and cathedral). One thing we really enjoyed was the restaurant and bar at the hotel. The food was delicious and the drinks selection and taste was excellent. One thing that really was the cherry on top, were the staff. Especially the restaurant staff was extremly kind and welcoming.

The rooms and especially the bathrooms were not the cleanest I have seen. The toilet and shower were clean, but If you check the nooks and crannies, there was quite some dirt.

Room was just nice size, bathroom and room is clean. Hotel has a on-site restaurant & bar that has nice food, slightly slow in service. Breakfast is good to have, decent spread. Location is walking distance to the mall and most of the site seeing interest.

I would like a choice or harder pillow. 2 soft pillows were provided. And a choice of shower cap if needed.

The room was great. Bed was big and comfy with clean sheets. The bathroom was big and spacious and the shower cabin really big. The hotel is located nicely with easy access for metro, bus and points of interest. The elevator was really quick and nice as well. The room service came daily and made a really good job. The A/C was great and working all the time to keep the room cool and nice.

There was no place to leave your towels to dry and this made you use a soggy towel after the first shower of the day. There wasn't a power socket right next to the bed, or at least we didn't find them.

The staffs were very Friendly, the hotel is clean and very close to the train. I want to specially thank a girl who works for the bar and restaurant who helped my friend who had a health issue due to the warn weather. Unfortunatelly i do not remember her name but she was very helpfull

Very nice people in the reception who will find any solution for any problem . As well as in the restaurant, especially Russian-speaking girl. The perfect breakfast, good choice for dinner .

Room ,location ,Breakfast, cleanness, check-in everything was good value for money Easy access to the downtown, to airport and to the highway

bathroom could be little more clean and probably could throw in a Hand towel ,currently only one big towel in the bath room.

Beautiful area, great location, friendly staff, decent and clean room and facilities. Appreciated the face that they had a cold water fountain there.

Restaurant couldn't serve us dinner (as we were told they're at capacity but half the tables were empty) and I wish the TV had a few channels in English.

location most staff were friendly and professional comfortable rooms all was very good the reception staff were extremely helpful and were fluent in many languages

The food was not good breakfast was poor the waiter behind the counter not good at all there were only 2 choices on the weekend menu for the evening menu

Breakfast was easy and pleasant - whether taken to my room or eaten on terrace outside when open.

In spite of demonstrations prior to our arrival, I felt safe and as directed did not go out past 9 in the evening.
