First time that we have visited Marseille and will defiantly not be the last. The hotel was ideal as located more in the suburb, which is a lovely way of seeing the local area . Overall we found the hotel safe, real clean, very friendly staff and comfortable bed. With only a couple of minutes walk to the nearest metro, which are cheap, easy to use and 5 stops away to the port of Marseille. We did walk this on our first day, which was enjoyable seeing the local villages, markets and the Palais Longchamp this took approximately 30minutes. We can safely say we would recommend this hotel to other guests.

We did not use the facilities as only in Marseille for two nights, unfortunately unable to comment.

Excellent breakfast, choice and fresh items. The restaurant is very pleasant and the dishes are very good. The hotel is new and comfortable. The staff is professional and friendly. Overall it's a very good experience to stay at this hotel, but an expensive one !

The design of the rooms is not very imaginative. It's the standard bland look found in all such hotels and is boring and disappointing. Staying in the vibrant city of Marseille would warrant some recognition of the fact, but we could have been anywhere as far as the design of the hotel and the rooms is concerned. What a pity! It would have been such an exciting opportunity to work with the many local excellent artists... and it would have made the hotel stand out from the boring mass of such similar hotels!

Wonderful brand new (opened Juky 2023!) hotel. Full with amenities, for example USB-C and USB -A integrated charging plugs next to both (!) sides of the bed. Great beds. Great shower. Great breakfast. Great staff. Very friendly. They were even so calm when an extremely rude guest checked out in front of us so n the 18th July 2023.

The location; it’s very difficult to find where the entrance is. Also next to both sides of the bed is a small carpet in the floor. This carpet is loose and moves. It’s very dangerous. Both myself and our friends slipped and almost fell. The carpet needs to have an anti-slip underground. Please fix this.

A nice quiet hotel with an excellent breakfast and comfortable interconnecting rooms. Clean and stylish with a pool. Car parking available at a cost next to the hotel which was handy.

Location is far from the centre of the city and in a quite run down part of town . Had to walk for about 20 mins to get to the mero but once there only a few stops to the port which is basically the centre. Not very helpful staff apart from Cassandra who helped us to get two interconnecting rooms even though we had requested them when booking as we had two children. The rest of the staff couldn't care less even though we sat in the reception for hours waiting for our rooms to be ready without even offering us some water.

New and clean property. Good choices in breakfast, and also offers a small pool facility, Most of the staff is friendly and we didn't face any unexpected problems

Although we booked a king room, we were given a room that matches the pictures of standard room, when confronted the front desk, the lady said pictures could be different and the only difference between the rooms we sizes of bed. Finally I had to reach out to booking.com for this issue which confirmed that the pictures were infact incorrect and compensated accordingly.

The hotel was lovely - with nice pool area to relax and cool off - and breakfast was excellent. Great safe/secure garage and we then used public transport around the city. Quiet residential area with convenient metro station and access to the electric bikes/scooters.

The price we paid had been hiked by about 200%, presumably as this was the rugby world cup - this meant the hotel was very poor value for money, which was a real shame as they did everything else well. The price hike means I'd be reluctant to recommend the hotel.

A nicely designed, newly-built hotel, the rooms are clean and modern with good bathrooms and comfortable beds. Helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. Small but pleasant swimming pool.

The hotel is shoe-horned onto a city plot close to the Dome which is not the most lively part of Marseille. There are few cafes or restaurants in the area. There is access to the M1 metro line at St.Just or Chartreux via short but not particularly direct routes. The #72 and #81 buses serve the area too.

A new modern and very clean hotel. Good value for money. Staff was very kind, professional and helpful. Decent breakfast options. Very close to metro, and there is also underground parking with decently sized spots. There is a small pool and gym (also.quite small).

The hotel is located in Chantreux, at the border with the 13eme arrondissement. Not a very nice location - quite dirty and somewhat shady.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel. Very good choice of high quality products at breakfast. Comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Easy metro journey or a 40- minute walk to centre

The hot breakfast food was cold and the juices weren't chilled. Very little space and few sunbeds (only 11) around the pool. Bar over- priced.

Terrible location. If you dont have a car to go straight to center and you just walk by towards public transport you have the impression you live in a ghetto. One of the cooks is very slow.Always confussed about orders. Garrage parking costs 20 euro which it is a must in that area.Not safe area.
