The staff were friendly and efficient. The location is near the station to go anywhere & everywhere. The space is well divided and the beds have a 4-5cm topper, making it super comfortable. The kitchen and table have mostly everything you need. The windows are big and airy. Laundry is available! It's great for washing beach stuff quickly. There's s small playroom for kids and a baggage 🛅 locker service after check out time.

Some little things are necessary for improvement: pan (there were only pots), weighing scale at the reception just to check luggage weight before travelling.

The room was very well-equipped: a small kitchen with kettle, microwave, stove, pots, cuttlery, etc. The bathroom was very modern. I thought initially it would be loud because it is very close to the train station but, even though I could hear some things every now and then, it was not as much as I had imagined.

The bed was a bit too hard for my taste. I missed some basics that are usually offered in hotels, like sugar and coffee. Unfortunately the room is not soundproof. The room doors are very heavy and tend to shut automatically and very loudly, so I heard a lot the other guests in the hall coming and going.

The kitchen is well equiped, the bed clean and super comfortable. The bathroom is spacious enough, which doesn't always happen in hotels.

the water boiler lid wasn't attached and I could notice the plumbing was dirty, as the water flowed very slowly. There were a few little problems like this, though nothing too much. Though the geographical location is good, near many transports, the neighborhood is somewhat shady and I'd not recommend it for families or women.

The front desk staff was 10/10 A+ extremely kind, helpful and just generally a pleasure to talk to!! The room was quiet, the airconditioning and wifi worked well, and the hotel is right next to train station Marseille-Saint-Charles.

They did not clean the room during our stay, nor did we get fresh towels. Also, the pillows were very soft, which is a matter of preference I suppose!

The living space was a reasonable size and clean. It should be noted that for the period of occupancy it was not a serviced apartment. The location of the hotel was excellent in terms of proximity to St Charles Marseille train station but would probably be classed as 'down market'.

Nothing comes to mind. It represents value for money.

Best part: location - 5 min walk from the train/bus and metro station. Receptionist were friendly and informative and leaving luggage at the property was no problem before check in. Room overlooked the train station but was very quiet and never heard any trains. Little kitchenette is handy for keeping items in a fridge.

Breakfast was a bit underwhelming for the price. It is only cold breakfast with limited options. Would recommend eating elsewhere.

Excellent location! 2 to 3 minutes from station. Room very clean. Staff amazing exspecially Abdul. He helped us with train/bus routes/numbers. He even took us around to Notre Dame and big mall in his free time. Thank you so much, Abdul!

A bigger breakfast variety could be better but it wasn't bad.

The staff was so welcoming. I enjoyed preparing meals instead if dining out. I loved the clean smell when entering the property. The room was clean with well equipped kitchenette. The bed linens were crisp and white. The only negative is the mattresses and pillows were not up to par and thus tough on the back.

Reception staff were welcoming, friendly and informative. Our apartment met our needs- kitchen area adequately equipped and whole apartment decent size. laundry facilities good.

Air conditioning was inadequate, unable to work it. Room was too hot at night. Be careful as we were charged twice for apartment. We were told one payment was for deposit but far too much money for deposit! We did get this money back after following up and querying the double charge via email.

We took the studio, we were two persons with a 2 years old child. The room was spacious and we had space in the corridor to put the crib. It was clean and cosy, there was space to cook and a fridge. It is 5 min from the train station which is very handy, and 15-20 min walking from the old port. We will probably come again.

It would have been nice if breakfast could be included.
