Good location, close to transport links; went there with very low expectations after reading the reviews but it was surprisingly good. Not a 5* hotel, but budget friendly accommodation; big balcony with table and chairs

Air conditioner quite noisy; overall was clean but not spotless, the walls are in need of a refresh, the voil curtains were quite dirty; bed slightly uncomfortable - the mattress looked and felt uneven, hearing creaks and squeaks all night

Nice Central Location, Good Value for Money. 24 Hour Reception Desk is a plus.

I had an email prior to arrival that I would be allowed to Check In earlier.. At least the email I got gave me that impression as the email contained Check In time 10-11 AM confirmed. But the Staff at Reception wouldnt recognise the email and only allowed me to Check In at the usual time of 3 PM. To be fair, the initial message from the staff did say they can only keep the luggage and not allow earlier check in. But the subsequent email said my request was confirmed, hence I thought I would be allowed to Check In earlier. So probably a clearer email would have been helpful. But not a huge minus though!

I had the best studio in the place for sure! I had a view of the Basilisk from my bed and the balcony was on two sides. The staff were very nice. The kitchenette had everything I needed.

I came in April and the ac is only available in June. So I had to keep the balcony doors open and there isn't a screen so flies and mosquitoes came in.

The ventilation of the toilet in the first room we stayed in, was not working. When we shared our complaint, they immediately changed our room.

The hotel room was generally clean; but they didn't take out the trash or change the towels during our stay.The hotel's corridors and elevators looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a long time.

a bunch of homeless people just around the corner from the hotel, they are there practically all the time, as for the room, the water from the air conditioner dripped directly onto the floor

Very friendly staff, breakfast had good variety of food and drinks. The location of the hotel is great with a metro and bus stations nearby. We were given a studio with a beautiful view overlooking the Notre Dame de la Garde. Overall a great place to stay and a good value for money.

The temperature in the studio we stayed in was a bit too hot but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working.

Breakfasts - good (no vegetables, though). Wifi: stable. Rooms: very clean. Metro: 5 mins from. Reception staff. Kitchenette. Sound proof. Easy to reach the place.

Coffee machine: no samples to make coffee ) Toilet: very old style, btw separate room. Security deposit: 100 EUR (not mentioned when you book). No tool to open wine.

Really good apartment, breakfast was amazing and metro station just 2 min walking from there.

Its very basic, but perfect situeted. 1 min from metro. Little Carefuur next to, hospital about 800 meters. Next to main road. At the end we had really nice time. Really nice staff in the reception

Lack of staff in the kitchen. We didnt have cups and cutterly. And the aircondition rather old.

The prices in Marseille were inflated on the evening if our stay - because France were planting a rugby match at the velodrome. But all things considered we have no regrets about staying at this lovely hotel. Staff were exceptional.
