We booked this place literally last minute on the day, because our accommodation that we booked turned out to be not as we expected. Small studio apartment, but they have separate bedroom and living room area, small terrace and a kitchen area with basic set up that you need during your stay. Clean apartment. Would book it again.

The reception is not open for a few hours during the afternoon, so we couldn't get it, and we stuck in the parking lot, because we drove in when someone came out not knowing that we wouldn't be able to get to the actual hotel parking, and also wouldn't be able to get out. But once reception opened, and we called, they rescued us ;)

Great value for your money. Small but everything you need and more including a nice kitchen with a good fridge and other appliances. Also appreciated the fact the toilet was was separate and not part of the bathroom. Also a very nice restaurant just around the corner called "Maison Campo". Public transport (bus and subway) and also a supermarket just within a 5 minute walk. Safe neighbouhood.

No window or other ventilation in the bathroom.

The location was ideal. We went there for the Rugby World Cup sp close to the stadium. Nice restaurants all round. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. Vending machine with iced cold drinks were available so that was great when we returned to the hotel late evenings.

There isn’t much room to sit when you use the sofa bed so a bit tight for 4 people. The balcony was a nice addition though. For summer, that’s great.

The location is amazing: very close to the Velodrome and Marseille Chanot, a shopping centre, and a wide street with restaurants and nearby tram subway access. My room was very clean, the air conditioning worked well, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. The staff were accomodating and patient, even with my lack of French.

The only things I didn't like were very superficial: the decor in the room was sparse (many white walls), and there was no available gym. Of course, this is a location that offers a great deal (and indeed, no gym is advertised), so this is not an issue.

The location is a bit further out of the city centre and the beach side but it was safe, relaxed, easy to get to and plenty of shops, restaurants, metro, buses etc in the neighbourhood. The hotel was great, very clean, well facilitated, quiet, simple in style and the staff were lovely! We had a small kitchenette which was well supplied for our needs.

We had an apartment with two rooms to ourselves. We were able to check-in after reception working hours and also park the car in their parking lot. We were also able to check-out very early without needing to even interact with the reception desk.

The receptionist that was there after reception working hours did not speak English, but he was able to help us with all our requests by typing into google translate and then showing us the result. It was a good experience overall.

Nice rooms, convenient location. Also very good if you are travelling by car as they offer a parking spot in the house. We stayed two nights and walked to the center from the hotel.

It was clean in general but the towels did not smell too good. I guess they were lying in a closed drawer for a while.

Quiet location on a side street off the main boulevard, short walk to metro, bus stops and convention center. Small apartment was perfect for single person or a couple. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good with enough choices for me. Staff was friendly and helpful, even with my limited French. Lots of nearby choices for dininig, shopping and pharmacy.

Couldn't use breakfast on the weekend as started too late (8AM) for my early morning meetings.

Very good place to stay in Marseille. Not too far from the city center, takes about 15-20 minutes by bus or metro. Quiet for sleeping. Conditioner was working good.

Just notice, there’s a pause since 12:00 till 14:00 when reception doesn’t work at all. It is OK, but there wasn’t information about this on Booking.com

Good rooms with a kitchen which is very useful. Good location.

Overall very good but good to note that the reception closes from 12 - 2pm, so if you arrive between this time like we did, then you have to wait for the opening to check-in.
