Staff is very attentive and nice, and honestly the price is fair for what you get. It was a clean hotel, with all the basics and not much extra, but we didn't mind, as we only stayed there for sleep.

It's quite noisy, you hear a lot of what's happening on the streets as well as around you (upstairs, downstairs, in the hallway), but most buildings in Marseille are built like this, not much to do about it. Luckily we were used to city noises, but if you're very sensitive to things like this, be mindful.

Clean, well run, everything worked, it was comfortable and the location was great, access to the metro and buses 200m away. The local area is worth exploring too, some cracking restaurants, cafes and bars. This is a great hotel for the money, very good value. Can’t fault the comfort, beds were great, all the plumbing worked and the shower was powerful. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, always with a cheerful smile. Multilingual too.

Got the room at last minute, not cheap but you can be sure Irvin’s welcoming, very clean, sober room but just what is needed to sleep, good bed and matrass, breakouts really worth it with nice terasse outside. Can only recommend, a few blocks from Perrier station as well. Can only recommend !

Staff very welcoming. Obviously there was a language barrier. But they tried their best with a smile too.

It was a non smoking hotel. But unfortunately the guy in the next room didn’t get the memo. And proceeded to chain smoke through a pack of 20.

Nice powerful shower with great temperature. Super comfy beds. USB charger by the bedside. Staff were really hospitable.

Couldn't open window slightly. It was either fully opened or closed.

We are always having a hrad to get in because of the key card and the bed was not for queen its like to ainggle attached and we dont like it

Everything was perfect! Staff were very polite and helpful. If I come next time, I will definitely prefer here.

The heating system was not working during the night time. I just covered myself with the blanket and slept :)

Excellent location, especially if someone aims for visits to the Calanques area, near Metro and several bus services.

Good location, quiet, friendly staff

One night got woke up at 6am by the cleaners starting there shift, I know they have to do a job don’t get me wrong but 6am seems a bit dramatic

Very friendly receptionist who was most helpful with information on the hotel and the beautiful city of Marseille.

The only slight problem was a smell of smoke in the room which meant we had to open the windows which unfortunately let the Mosquitos in!
