Very good hotel on better price then some in the very center, nevertheless excellent location, frequent metro, only 2 stops to vieux port, clean room with small kitchen, nice feeling to open the fridge and to have cool rose, painted in white, and blue, a lot of light. And a big, clean comfortable toilet next to the reception, very comfortable on the last day after the check out when I returned to take my luggage

We loved our lovely cool (A/C!) room - a decent size with a comfy 6ft wide bed, table and chairs, large wardrobe & kitchenette. We were lucky enough to get a room with a balcony, and while that didn't have any particular view, it was great for evenings or mornings having breakfast or a drink when the weather was cooler (we visited late July 2022, during the heatwave!).

Could have stocked it with a chopping board, olive oil for cooking and a couple of spare toilet rolls, but in general we had everything we needed and were very pleased.

Very kind and customer friendly staff that knows what they are doing. Spacious balcony and room. Fully functioning kitchen, and located in ear the square where many metros, trams and busses leave. Moreover, in the citadines you have access to the lobby with free coffee and the roof terrace.

The dishwasher didnt really clean the dishes, we had to rinse them.

location and the dimension of the room - perfect for longer stay. the kitchen is fully equipped, cleaning ones per week for a longer stays.

you can have free coffee and tea in the lobby but not during the breakfast time (i wasn’t aware of that). I wanted to take my coffee and the service asked me to leave and come back after 10. that was strange …

The location and the kitchen facilities were great. Also the breakfast was better as expected. Personal was very friendly.

We did not get any housekeeping for the six days we were staying. I don't need new clean sheets for those days, but some clean towels once during our stay and some extra toiletpaper would be much appreciated.

Clean studios, nice balcony, comfortable bed. Convenient location near castellane. I appreciate with the COVID pandemy that no one gets into my studio during my stay. Nice and helpful people.

nothing wrong. I just don't like not being able to book a parking place too, although I've never had problems with getting a parking at citadines castellanes. Sometimes hard to have to go to the dining room to get coffee and hot beverages, FREE of charge !

Good shape appartment with comfortable bed, a table with 2 chairs and kitchenette and a balcony. The appartment is on elevated ground floor level; toilet is seperated from bath room; free tea and coffee throughout the day, available also to those who do not have breakfast there; easy parking in the ounderground parking

The appartment could need some refurbishment - on the other hand it has a very good price/value ration

Warm, fully equipped especially the kitchen, leaving the suitcases after check-out for free, kind stuff, bakery nearby, quiet neighbourhood

Very friendly staff! They were all very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were very comfortable, it was all very practical. Would definitely stay there again when travelling to Marseilles

The room was great and the location was really good

The whole check in experience. Firstly, we needed to pay using a different link, which we werent informed while paying using booking. When we arrived, the assistance we received was poor. Overall, we didnt like the check in experience.
