too much deposit and two situation you will make deposit, 85 Euro for the booking and 150 euro for guarantee of nothing lost inside the hotel property, the 85 Euro was reverse and until now I dont receive the refund for my 150 euro deposit, thats so big on my part as I am coming from a poor country... they promise within 3 to 5 days but till now no refund, i think they take it and honestly i swear all the property inside the room are intact

The hotel has a strategic position near the metro where you can go everywhere. The staff is helpful and polite. A pleasure to meet them. It is a value for money stay and the room has everything you need, even a fridge.

The bathroom was smellin at time and the beds in my room are not for a person who is taller than 1.85m. He will be able to sleep but not comfortably.

The room and bathroom were clean and spacy. It was quiet. We liked the minimalistic design of the place. The hotel is located in a perfect place: close to the metro and to the Orange Velodrome (if you come to the city for the game), from there it was easy to reach any part of the city. The staff was friendly and we received our deposit soon after checking out (1 hour after), so there were no problems with it. Overall we loved the place and we would definitely come back.

Only the sofa in the livingroom was not able to use as a bed. We needed to take out the matras and sleep on the floor, but bty was comfortable. And the kitchen was quite old, damaged, need a new one.

The bathroom was good and the kitchen too. The space was good enough comparing with other places. There was parking place even if we paid 15 euro/day.

In the flat it was some smell from the sewage, the flat was towards the street so very noisy, in the windows there weren't insect nets so we faced mosquitos and flies, the flat was at the 3rd floor (last) so rather hot, in the bathroom the exhaust fan wasn't working. No cleaning in the corridors during our 6 days of staying.

Good secure parking though pricey. Nice big room with everything you need. Quiet when window is shut. Good communication.

Parking on one way street so would have been helpful to know in advance that you have to access it from one direction only.

A great location!! It was clean & comfortable. We appreciated having the fridge, sink & table & chairs to have a quick snack. Our daughter said the sofa bed was comfortable. Our bed was too. The staff was very accommodating! Since our train was delayed we arrived at 1:30 am & we were nicely welcomed. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and tidy hotel, room big enough with kitchenette and all apliances you need so you can prepare your own food. Perfect location just 2 minutes to Metro station - Pèrier. Plus bus stop with direct bus L078 to Cassis. Very friendly and helful staff, will help with anything you need.

The only issue I had that single beds weren't wide enough.

Practical and comfortable room with all the necessary utilities for a good stay, was great to come back and relax for a few hours before heading out and the security locks made it feel very safe

Comfortable bed, clean room. Can walk to city centre in about 30minutes. Parking garage (streets are very crowded).

Not many options during breakfast. No vegetables :(
