One of the standout aspects of my stay was the warm and welcoming staff at the hotel despite our late arrival (2am). The room I stayed in at Ibis Budget Metz Technopole was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Despite being a budget hotel, the room did not compromise on comfort or amenities. The well-maintained facilities and comfortable bed allowed me to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The minimalist design of the room also added a modern touch, which I found quite appealing. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to fellow travelers and look forward to returning in the future.

Location is excellent, great for an overnight stay to break the journey. Staff very helpful, parking excellent and breakfast was also worth having. Shower worked well and all facilities were as desired. Not my first stay here and definitely not my last. And yes, before you ask I have recommended this to others as the best place to break the journey and the best hotel to stay in locally here (I have tried others before finding this one).

Room had a few stray hair around the sink and bed was hard. Thats just me though, if I had stayed longer I would have adjusted to the bed OK. Also, would have been good to have a fan available in the room just to get the air moving about. Small complaints though and the good out weighs the bad by a very long way.

Of course, it is a budget hotel. The room is well equipped, good bed, not small, good shower and separate toilet. The room is well isolated. so that there is very little noise from street or other guests. The window can be opened. We slept very well in there. The breakfast is adequate, but nothing extra, well, very good for E6,60. And, you are 10 minutes by car from the very lively inner city of Metz.

We mentioned the brown deposit in the toilet pot, which the staff said the quality of the water was to blame for. Still, I think Ibis should solve this problem, it looks rather nasty when you are in a hotel room.

The room is fine for 1-2 nights only. The price is kind of fair for what you get. However it could have been cheaper, but we booked last minute.

The breakfast would have been fine if we wouldn’t have to ask always for something that has just been finished: cheese, cups, plates, etc…

It was exactly what I expected — rooms are small but comfortable and clean, breakfast was busy but set us up nicely for a day on the road.

WiFi was good, it was clean and we could stay in the evening at the restaurant and have a few drinks.

The room was quite small, so you have a little claustrophobic moment, but we expected it to be from the description.

Our dog was welcome and we could have breakfast with him in the outside table. Everything was per Ibis Budget standards.

The blockage of €150 on the credit card in case we smoked in the room felt a bit weird, but I understand where they are coming from.

Easy location next to the highway and lots of eateries.

Broken shower and not the best mattress. We were on the ground floor next to the lobby and could hear people talking loudly all night and the entrance door slamming often.

A great budget option for a short stay. Easy to park and quiet. Comfortable beds and all the basics are provided. Staff were lovely mannered and very helpful.

I like the room very nice cleaned and the privilege to look your car on the parking from the bedroom, give a very good sense of security for travel people especially with a lot of baggage for the holiday
