Hotel was not far from motorway for an overnight stay on long trip. The welcome was great. The manager was very caring. She regularly checked we were ok at breakfast and had everything we needed. She was very helpful when we had extra requests. We appreciated that the hotel gate closed at night.

It was hot in the room despite using a fan. Outdoor temperature was 35 degrees.

The rooms are good. But most of all I have to say that the reseptionist Gunay and the other gentelman for the reseption are very kind. I had to stay for several days because I was moving, so I didn't had a place for a week and they will always help us with everything. I have to say that I would definitely go back, because of the comfortable and home atmósfer, at very good price and nice room , clean, and with nice surroundings, next to Metz.

Arrived late, gentleman on reception was very helpful checking in was no problem room was exceptionally big would of fitted a family of 4 with ease free parking which is always a bonus

The grounds outside could be looked after better tables and chairs outside could be upgraded a bit old and worn

Large sized room, and very clean. Excellent welcome from the young man on reception who when asked, gave us info. about local eateries. Parking available on site. Dog friendly hotel.

The breakfast was very limited, especially since the boulangerie was just across the road!! Since we had a long journey ahead for the day it was a disappointing start to the day.

Due to heavy traffic we arrived to the hotel a little bit later than is official accommodation time. So we called to the hotel and asked what to do? Employees of the hotel treated to our problem very carefully and sent to as instruction how to act after arrival. We got several messages with very detailed instructions, so we didn't have any problems after arrival. And for that we are very grateful! Thank you very much, Nadiya! Also we would like to note the good location of the hotel. It's located in in a quiet and peaceful place, so no noise. Private parking, cozy cafe, good breakfast. In a word - we recommend it to you.

It is a little out of the way, but great for a stop-off. Nearby it has a beautiful park with a small beach and places for children to play outside. Private parking place. Receptionist speaks English.

No lift, but not a major problem since manager helped out.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The room was very clean. We slept for just one night on our way from Poland to Portugal by car. The car was full of luggages and we felt really safe with the parking place as it was in front of the room they gave us (ground floor). They accepted our small dog for an extra 7 euros fee/day.

The room could be a little more spacious.

Room is great, parking lot is big and safe, and staff is super nice. Breakfast was also good.

Have some eggs added to the breakfast would be nice, specially when charging almost 10 euros for it.

Room a bit on the small side, but only stayed the one night while on route. So fine for 1 night stop over.
