Easy to find with a large car park which is secured at night. Check-in was a breeze and the PIN they give you not only opens the door to your room but also the front door and car park gate if you go out late for an evening meal (they only serve breakfast). The room was of reasonable size, spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. Large bathroom / walk in shower with soaps / shampoo provided and fluffy towels to get you dry afterwards. The air conditioning was efficient and especially welcome given how hot the days / nights were. Breakfast was self service affair - nothing to write home about but given the reasonable price point of the accommodation (which includes breakfast) you cannot complain. I would have no hesitation in booking and staying again.

the staff are very friendly, they have a menu behind reception where you can order food from, it arrives on an airline style tray, which you can take up to your room or eat in a small breakfast room. Parking is secure and locked at night and the Autoroute is 2 min away. perfect for a nightstop on the way.

stayed numerous times but the heating system is so bad, had to sleep with the window open, seems impossible to adjust.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming which was great after riding the motorbike all day. The secure off road parking was also a bonus. Small bar was helpful and saved hunting around for one. Take away across the road was handy. The location put us within 2 minutes of the motorway.

The location was a little bit away from the town centre, which was too far to walk. That was a shame as the town looked very nice.

Self-service snack machine, coffee machine and microwave at the lobby We are very satisfied with our stay and came back to book 2nd night.

Stayed one night on our way home from holiday. Great accessibility and I especially liked the closed of parking lot (easy when you have all your stuff packed in the car, so there is no need to take it out). Hotel room is very basic but everything you need for one night. Breakfast was limited but good.

Very hard beds and no fridge.

The location is excellent if you are travelling through Metz to get to other parts of France or Germany. The hotel has enough secure parking to accommodate even larger buses. The room was clean with enough towels and a functioning air conditioning system, with a full choice of breakfast goodies well better than a Novotel and to top it all of the staff were friendly and helpful at all times and spoke perfect English.

Nothing, will stay here again on my next trip.

Very little on offer in the way of restaurants! The one and only local restaurant (aside from the adjacent burger outlet) is joined to another hotel and gets booked up really quickly.

To get there can look a little bit difficult but you have to drive calm and follow very well the instructions how to get out from highway at the right time. But for the rest is perfect location and place to stay

just the one thing worried us. after we checked out and returned to our car in what we thought was a secure car park, to our dismay, we discovered that three cars had their side windows smashed. thankfully not ours. This is a serious issue that the hotel management need to address urgently, as it is completely unacceptable.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast for €9 each.

The room was very hot and we couldn’t change the settings on the air con/heater. They also provide a kettle but no tea/coffee. We bought coffee in the end but the only cups provided were single use plastic cups which were very flimsy! Appreciate with Covid that throw away items might be deemed better but we had proper cutlery/crockery etc for breakfast which was obviously not single use and therefore proper cups in the bedrooms could be possible.
