The location is excellent. Right outside the metro station. We took the metro to all of the major attractions and none took longer than 40 mins. There are also lots of great eateries nearby and a wonderful neighborhood vibe down the street. The mall also has a good supermarket for stocking up on essentials. The room was very quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Love that there was a safe, iron and ironing board - something I haven't seen in many Paris hotels.

The amenities are really lacking. We stayed 6 nights and were never able to get large clean towels. If it hadn't been for the cleaning lady in the hall, we would have been using hand towels the entirety of our stay. The coffee machine in the lobby is super handy except that the sugar ran out on Tuesday and we didn't see it replenished for the entirety of our stay. We were in one of the rooms that hasn't been updated and it's very worn - the bathroom vanity was showing its age, the paint in the bathroom looks like it was slapped on by a kid. Everything is just a bit drab.

Location was rather convenient, especially taking into account that there are multiple metro lines are available at the Place d'Italie. The room had a "normal" and a "big" size for Paris. We liked that the coffee was free, so we just bough pastries in the morning and didn't need to worry about coffee. It was very calm cause the windows were looking at the mall. Very decent place and a good value for money (taking into account the high price for the hotels and apartments in Paris). The stuff was really pleasant and welcoming. I would definitely return to this apart-hotel again!

- Clean, neat - Receptionists are really kind. - Nice room. - Has kitchen - it is far away from sightseeing but closer to metro. It was at the front of us. (So problem solved) - Near to shopping mall. Has carrefour. - Near pharmacy. - Near restaurants. - Easy to get to Orly airport from hotel.

- Cleaning service was not available for us because we stayed just 3 nights. - Room was not too big.

Excellent location next to the metro station and next huge shopping mall with Carrefour, staff very helpful and customer oriented; luggage deposit in the last day after check-out; quiet room; renovated room, clean kitchenette with extra clean utensils, door separating the kitchenette from the bedroom , excellent water pressure and hot water all day and all night, termostated electric radiator in the bathroom, termostated central heating in the main room, pleasant toiletries, clean towels, comfy beds. Before arriving I got emails asking me about room preferences: upper/ lower floor, twin or double beds, room view etc. Lovely staff. The room size was good value for money for 2 people in Paris. You have the option to choose more square meters for more money.

We liked the location of hotel. It's very conveniently located near the metro and near the market. Also, the room was comfortable, and very well equipped. There were also many electrical sockets for devices. The kitchen and bathroom had almost everything. Furthermore, the hotel offered free coffee everyday from the coffee machine at the front desk.

There was a lack in changing towels and restocking toilet paper, in the sence that you had to go to the front desk and ask for clean towels and other amenities by yourself. Also, in the kitchen there were not enough pots so that you could cook or boil food. There was just a pan and a very small pot that could just serve for boiling two eggs. Finally, the view from the room was on the interior side of the mall which we didn't really like.

The location is right beside the metro station, shopping malls, bus stops, many restaurants and markets. The room we stayed has a living room and bedroom, with 2 tvs. Great view of the streets, super comfy. would recommend staying in this hotel again.

the kitchen stove heats up slowly

Very nice staffs at the reception,they were very kind ,appolite and helpful. Apartment ( 519) calm,useful,the bed in the bedroom very big,comfortable. Kitchen is okay for an easy breakfast or dinner. Everyrhing is very close with Metro (Eiffel tour 25 mins,Louvre appr same), Metrostation just opposite of the hotel. The hotel is built together with a huge shoppingmall,but we did not realized ,it was really calm,relaxed. Stron wifi. Value for ghe money! Absolutely recommend!

The location of this property is great. Lot of eating places and activities around. If you are looking for public transportation then this is the place to stay. Metro station is right across the street. There is a mall connected to the property for buying groceries and daily utility items. The property was overall good. Rooms were of decent size and the kitchen was well equipped. Our unit also had a washer that we found handy. We found the staff friendly and helpful.

We stayed for 6 days and our room was cleaned once at the middle of our stay. Would have been good to get the room cleaned more frequently.

Apartment hotels, mine was a studio room which has cooker and all the kitchen facilities, staff was really nice and very helpful, great location, 3 meters away from the metro station, close to the China town, easy to access to everywhere.

The pillow has a very strong smell not sure if the staff changed pillow cases which I had to asked receptionist for a fresh pillow case and bed sheets.

The room was a good size for Paris, and was setup as an apartment. It has a small kitchen area and a bathroom. I could make my own breakfast, for me, bread and cheese from the local shops. They have a proper coffee machine in the reception area where you can bring your mug and grab a fresh coffee. The location at Place d'Italie is good too. I would stay here again.

Although there is a small kitchen with plates, cutlery, pans, etc., there is no kitchen towel or soap for the kitchen sink to wash up, but these are minor.
