Clean, comfortable room with bathroom. Nice hotel staff. Good localization with underground nearby. I would recommend despite the cons.

Poor wifi connection. Sometimes it suddenly stopped working and we had to use our own internet. Breakfast was also really disappointing. Wouldn't recommend buying breakfast for the whole stay. It's better to go to great bakery nearby and buy yourself some fresh bread or croissant.

Really friendly staff, great location, good value for money.

Bathroom was very small, take a €65 EURO deposit on your card. This is returned when you leave but isn't mentioned anywhere.

The location is incredible! it’s next to the hub station of three different lines and on a silent street. The staff is just incredibly friendly and helpful! we were in a superior room, it was nothing special, but clean, big enough (for Paris) and had everything you need.

it would be great if there were normal blankets, not the woolen one on top of the bed linen. At night it was a bit too cold under it and out of hygienic reasons.

The reception is not open 24 hours a day. I threw the keys in the box where the administrator showed it. The deposit of 88 euros has not been returned for a week.

Room was clean and adequate, and kitchenette was suitable for cooking basic meals. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is good for public transport to the rest of the city, and also walking distance to places like the Latin Quarter and Jardin des Plantes. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and a big Carrefour in the shopping centre across the road. I would choose this hotel again if I was in Paris for a few nights.

There were a few surprising omissions in the kitchen equipment - glasses, corkscrew, kitchen knives, coffee filter holder. You would think that with the French love of wine the first two would be provided!! I found myself having to improvise, buy a couple of small items of equipment, and I was glad I had taken my penknife!

We liked the hotel. When we read the reviews, we began to fear the shortcomings that tourists described. But everything was fine. It was clean. Particularly pleased with the presence of a refrigerator. And the best thing is the location of the hotel. Nearby are two metro stations, many cafes and shops. The street is quiet. The people at the reception are very nice. If we go to Paris again, I would like to stay here.

On Booking it would be necessary to indicate that the hotel takes a deposit in the amount of the first night in addition to the full payment. Unfortunately, the money has not yet been returned. Maybe it's a problem with the bank. The weather was not hot. Probably need a fan in hot weather.

well.. the hotel is in a very good position, very near to a metro station. not so far by foot to the ACCORD ARENA for the TWICE concert, my target of this trip. the room are not very spacious, but it was ok for me the bathroom is sufficient big, but not so big as i exepected watching the pics on website. the staff was great, kind and efficient. they told all what we asked in a easy way. i recommend it for the rate price-quality

the day we come, the room was not very clean, bathroom overall, but the next day it was superclean! i have not bad cooments to do, because i think all depends about expectations people have. mine was quite completely respected

The hotel was very nice, very good location. From louvre on the metro we went about 10 minutes without change. We took 20 minutes by bus to the bus station. the metro station and bus stops are five minutes walk from the hotel. the girl at the reception was very nice, quickly accommodated us and explained everything. the room was clean, had a fridge and towels, soap and shower gel. the bed was comfortable. and the price for the hotel was cheap. i recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay in this hotel again.

The location of the hotel is great as it is situated in the heart of Paris, which makes it convenient for tourists to explore the city. The Place d'Italie area is a bustling area with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, and there are good transport links to other parts of the city, or you can walk toward Pantheon, Latin Quarter, etc. The hotel provides good value for money. The fact that our room was warm, comfortable, and quiet was a major plus, we were able to get a good night's rest after a busy day of exploring the city. While the bathroom is small, the shower was nice enough. Clean and functional bathrooms are always important in hotels, and it's good to see that this hotel meets those basic requirements. This hotel in Paris Place d’Italie is a great option for those looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in the heart of the city.

We found this to be a very affordable, friendly hotel with well equipped rooms. The host was helpful working out onward travel connections for us. It's in an ideal location as there's lots of excellent places to eat nearby that aren't as costly as in the centre and the metro is only a minute walk away with all the main attractions reachable within 15 minutes ride.

The hotel isn't well soundproofed and we could hear everything. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.
