Nice Hotel, Metro at walking distance, Clean room, Nice staff.

its just next to Police Headquarter and you will hear Police Car Siren a lot. Lift is only till 4 floor and for 5th floor you have to carry your luggage through stairs.

The hotel did offer breakfast but as we were visiting Paris for the first time we did not want to use this facility. The room was cleaned every day and the staff were helpful and friendly. There are fantastic transport links from Place d'italie (1 minute walk from the hotel) which easily takes you into Paris city centre amongst other places. The hotel felt very safe and secure with a safe, concierge and, quite conveniently, a police station across the road. Also I'd like to point out we booked on the day, within an hour of booking we were in the room. The room might not be ideal for someone who spends a lot of time in their room (due to size), but you're in Paris so you're likely just looking for a 'base'. The size was fine for me and my partner whom were there for 4 nights.

To be honest, not a lot. The size of the room and the amenities were as I would expect for the price. The only thing that irritated me with my stay (and it is extremely petty) is that the shower cubical was so small that I kept accidentally turning the water off with my body. But I found this more comical than annoying.

The staff was really nice and helpful . The bed was very comfy and the room was clean. The hotel is located in a very nice area with a shopping center and many restaurants nearby. The metro station was situated only a 5 minute walk away .

The hotel is on a quiet street with very little traffic noise. It is a few minutes from the metro, has a small Carrefour supermarket at the end of the street and a wide range of restaurants within a couple hundred metres. The decor is modern and fresh and everything was clean. The room was not the largest but perfectly big enough with a nice large shower.

The one drawback is there is no air conditioning in the rooms. There is a large floor fan with a silent setting which does a good job but it was 33 degrees during our visit which made for a couple of pretty sticky nights even with the fan on full blast.

The location of the hotel is VERY nice in the very calm, safe part of Paris, 2 minutes walk from Italy Square (Place d´Italia). There are at least 3 different metro lines very close to it, and tons of places to eat, shop. 20 minutes walk from Pantheon. Rooms were nice, clean, staff very friendly, speaking Englihs very well, helped with everything.

Unfortunatelly, the walls of the hotel are not very sound-proof and the room for two is really tiny for two people.

The staff were courteous. The facilities were good, We were grateful for the fan! The B&B was very clean throughout. The bed was very comfortable. The B&B more than merits the 3-star rating. The location is reasonably quiet, given the proximity to a main thoroughfare. The breakfast choices suited pretty much all European and UK preferences. The bathroom was well kitted out and the two hooks for washbags were something that's all-too-rare in a lot of B&Bs. There wasn't a huge amount of room around two sides of the bed, neither was there much room for storing suitcases. However, there was enough space in the rest of the room. Bear in mind this is Paris and space comes at a premium! Overall, this is a good example of fitting a quart into a pint pot!

Only the size of our room, but see the qualifying remarks above. We are used to this in Paris and can easily adapt, whereas some couples would complain even if the room was twice the size!

Very nice little room, great location

It was clean, nice view, they were nice and received us later than expected, we were comfortable.

Didn’t like that they took pictures of my credit card, felt unsafe because this was new for me and the reservation was made and payed through booking.

Clean, tidy, staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly. Definitely good value for what you are paying. The location is also great as there are restaurants and a shopping centre that’s a stone throw away. Metro was very accessible as it was also very close to the hotel. would definitely recommend. We would stay there again for a short stay in Paris. The hotel can be easily contacted, they were prompt with replying to my messages and answering the phone.

The rooms could be larger however for the price, we can’t complain!

The internet in our room was very slow. We barely could use it. I had an online meeting and I couldn't join at all, and I needed to go to the lobby to be able to join my meeting. The room was very small. We barely could walk in the room. Also, the hotel itself was very small and had narrow corridors.
