The staff were really nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable during our stay there. They were extremely helpful, courteous and accommodative. They gave me a good vibe from the time we booked the hotel. They sent us a nice message preempting what all we might need during our stay in Paris and making accommodations for that, and also helped us during our visit whenever we needed it. They were responsive via bookings.com during the initial stages when we needed to contact them, which made it easy for us to trust that we were in good hands. The rooms were always clean and well maintained. It was small, but I guess most places are in Paris, so we were okay with that.

We are extremely satisfied with our stay in this hotel. Location is great and the rooms have everything you need for a perfect stay. I have to highlight the friendly staff at the reception. Our flight back home was cancelled due to heavy snow in Munich, and we were forced to find accommodation after our checkout. The reception did everything they could to accommodate us and were able to extend our stay for two additional days. So Kudos to them because they respond immediately to help us and we avoided having to sleep two days at the airport. I cannot thank you enough!

I spent seven nights at the Montparnasse. I have visited Paris every six months for the past ten years but have never stayed in this hotel or location before. The hotel was very clean and tidy. On arrival, the receptionist was extremely friendly, she kindly helped me plan my visit to the Opera. The location of the hotel is in a safe neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants. My room was nicely decorated and had great air conditioning, which was a relief on some very hot days. Having stayed in many different hotels in Paris, this is definitely one of the best in this price range. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it and will certainly be visiting again in the future.

The hotel and it's rooms are beautiful, we opted for the deluxe rooms which have recently been renovated and were definitely worth paying a little extra for. Very well located in terms of proximity to two main train stations and metro stations, as well as lots of good restaurants and cafes within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and there is a free-to-use coffee machine and even a free-to-play retro arcade machine in reception which are nice added touches. Communication with the hotel prior to our arrival was very good with any questions we asked answered quickly.

Only two TV channels in English, which isn't the end of the world when you are in Paris with so many other things to see and do.

Very good location. Area is a working area for Paris people so a lot of offices and workplaces. That means you will have a very good variety of place to go out at find something to eat. Also some little shops to grab a cold drink from and some reasonably priced shopping malls as well. Metro and Train stations are only a brief walk away so accessibility to the hotel itself and to airports and all the sights is great! You can use citymapper to find a direct train or metro ride easily. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The elevator is small but at least it is an elevator. Be happy that they have an elevator! 🎉

staff very helpful and friendly, special thanks for Sophie and Melissa. The window is soundproof and the bed very comfortable what makes the stay in Paris amazing. The hotel is very close from the metro and RER stations and some Paris spots like Luxemburg gardens. The street has a lot of different restaurants, brasseries, boulangeries and markets.

when you close the windows you don’t hear anything from streets but inside the hotel some noise from another guests can disturb for a while.

The location is perfect to reach all - city center, Montparnasse train station and Orly airport. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby, good public transport connection. The hotel is very nice, the staff is very friendly and supportive. That was our second stay at this place and we will definitely come again.

The rooms are quite small, but ok for overnight stay for few nights. The noise insulation is not the best. When a garbage collection truck comes early in the morning you will be woken up. Also the sounds from inside the hotel are coming through with ease.

The air conditioning was excellent. It was quiet and kept the room cool despite the very hot weather. The staff were very friendly and helpful and appeared to be interested in making our stay comfortable.

The room was very small but that was not unexpected. It could do with repainting, new drapes and furniture. The fridge was not working. However the room was clean the bathroom functional and the shower was good. There was plenty of hot water.

The location, cleanliness and staff were excellent. There are lots of restaurants around and it’s well connected to public transportation. Just about a 5-8 minute walk to get to the various stations. I planned on going to Lourdes for a personal pilgrimage and researched a hotel close to the Montparnasse station where I would have to catch the train to Lourdes. This hotel came up and I’m so happy that I chose to stay here.

The staff were lovely, always helpful and appeared to be happy in their jobs. The hotel's decor had been given careful thought and executed well. Rue Daguerre is quite special. You could eat in a different place for a fortnight without even leaving the street. Several superb boulangeries, fromageries, and a teriffic fish shop as well. Two metro stops nearby. Of an evening, buzzing, but remarkably quiet.

Absolutely nothing. Food is expensive, but you really DO get what you pay for. Quality way above typical UK standards.
