Good basic hotel in excellent location for West Bank. Although small, room well-appointed with comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning, good refrigerator, easy-to-use shower. Room also well-ventilated & very quiet considering Central location. Plenty of excellent pavement cafes withina few minutes' walk.

The room we were given on the first floor was convenient, however, the full bed was almost touching the wall, making it difficult to get to the bathroom. Also, the window opens onto a tiny patio, which opens to the lobby/breakfast area, so we were never able to open our curtains or window. Shower was small, which is expected in Europe, however it did not drain properly and we had to fix it ourselves.

Location was perfect, room was comfortable and staff were pleasant and attentive. The breakfast was very affordable (€10), the rooms were cleaned with fresh towels daily (what was great was the cleaners didn’t bang on the door to clean like other hotels we stayed at).

The breakfast was afforfable but was basic, could be a little more variety for an additional cost. The walls were quite thin and could hear ‘goings on’ in the next room (moans etc 😝)

Location is very good for the railway station and metro. Staff were very helpful, especially since I arrived outside the checking in time. Check in closes at 11pm but they stayed in contact with me as my train did not arrive until 11.10pm, adding the 5+ minutes walk. The staff member waited until I arrived at 11.25pm to check me in. Clean, Well located. Good value

This is more of a heads up but the rooms are not big. However, this did not bother me as I am use to european hotel rooms. Rooms were very clean.

Excellent location, easy access to drop off the bags from the car. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

Slept on the 4th floor with 2 adjacent rooms - the walls to the hallway are paper thin and the sound of people coming in through the night woke me up.

No hot water in the morning. it couldn’t keep up with the amount of guests using the facilities. Everything else was great

Location is good, very well connected. Rooms are clean and staff is cleaning the room on your request. All in all ok hotel. Don't expect luxury and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Soundproof on the door is really bad, could use some improvements there.

We chose the hotel for its location, and we were pleased to find many restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. We also appreciated the very fast check-in and check-out process.

The rooms are a little bit small, but we expected that from the beginning. A small refresh of the bathroom would also improve guest comfort.

The location was on a quiet street quickly accessible to places if interest and transportation. The hotel was clean (& no bedbugs!) The staff was very helpful.

The room amenities (tv, mini fridge)weren’t plugged in. There was an electric kettle, but no coffee and only 2 odd flavored teabags. There were no washcloths, but there was bathroom linen.

This hotel was amazing!!!!! The staff was beyond helpful, friendly and kind!! I cannot recommend this hotel enough, they were truly amazing. We had a last minute cancellation of our Airbnb and had to find a hotel in Paris that suited our needs and this hotel truly exceeded our expectations! They were amazing!!!!

Everything about this hotel was great for me! No complaints at all!
