Hotel is located in a very nice and quite area of Paris. Close by is the famous mouffettard street with many markets, restaurants and bars. For Parisian standards this place was very clean and quite. Nice options if you don't want to sleep in touristic area.

During our stay there were some problems with internet ( after storm) and for few days the only acces to it was in a reception room.

Location was very convient for public transit. Family staff were kind, friendly and helpful when asked. They do what they can with their resources.

It was a very hot week in in Paris. We had to request a fan for the room. The fan was barely functioning and not adequate.

The hotel has a very nice and central location with lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff is very friendly and really makes guests feel welcome. Rooms are large and functionally furnished, the same goes for the bathrooms. The decor is "French hotel quaint", so unless you are opposed to carpeted walls in the hallways, you should feel like you are really in Paris.

The overnight tax perceived by the hotel, five euro/day, is way above the minimum rate set by Paris authorities and indeed a lot more than most hotels in the same price category take. I would feel better about it, if the hotel just increased their room rates by a couple of euros and then only perceived the government mandated minimum tax rate.

Very friendly owners, staff. They let us store our luggage before check in and after check out. The neighborhood was awesome, right next to a boulangerie and the metro! everything was perfect! we delt very safe because they were always paying attention to the customers.

Very convenient to get into Paris centre, 2 x Metro stations within 10 mins walk, cafes nearby , small grocery shops etc. Felt secure and the concierge was very friendly and helpful :)

It’s a little tired around the edges, definitely budget, but did not pretend to be anything other, all basic functions worked well.

The neighbourhood was very nice and not very turistic so you may feel more local vibes. The staff was very friendly, they let us check in really late after midnight. We stayed in a deluxe room, there is no luxury but the room was big and confortable enough and very clean. The room was always warm despite winter temperatures, and the bathroom too, very good shower. We had a happy stay.

The mattress and pillows were thin which made the bed not very comfortable.

Was wonderful my time at the hotel. Have a subway station so close to the hotel and a great boulangerie with a taste candy’s. Have a Carrefur, bara, restaurants, one free market, mc donalds, ATM and others facility’s!

The location is very good, two minutes to the metro station and one minute to the next supermarket. The area is very safe. The staff was kind and helpful with everything. The day we had to check out, we had the option to leave our luggage so that we could walk around the city the last day as well. The room was totally clean and in a quiet good condition for the price. There was a fridge and a ventilator. We would come back anytime!!!

The building was old with high ceilings and a large window and the room was a good size, and also, the bathroom had a bath. The street was off the main thoroughfare and so was quiet

Very dated brown colour decor everywhere.

A nice hotel, good location very friendly staff and good value. Rooms are clean, and furniture was comfortable. Near to M7, and some nice cafés, as well as shops.
