Great location - handy for Gare de Lyon. Amazing young man on reception ( didnt get his name🙁) - evening of 29th Aug 2023. Our travel plans were disrupted due to a massive landslide in the French Alps- discovered this in the evening when we were due travel by train early the next morning to Italy. The receptionist was invaluable in helping us get flights boked to Pisa for the next morning- couldnt have managed without him! Fantastic service!

The room was very pokey/small. No surfaces to put anything down- very small narrow table under the Tv which had the tea/coffee tray on. Very little room to move around the bed. pokey/small bathroom- could have foot in the shower, hand on the sink whilst sitting on the loo! Would be challenging if you were any bigger than size 12 women and medium sized guy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sleeping Belle Hotel during my visit to Paris, and overall, my experience was outstanding. The hotel's charming atmosphere, excellent service, and convenient location made it a memorable stay. However, a couple of minor drawbacks are worth mentioning. Let me start with the positives. I was greeted by a warm and inviting ambience when I entered the Sleeping Belle Hotel. The staff members were friendly and professional and always went the extra mile to ensure my comfort. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and dining options. The hotel's location was another highlight. Situated in the heart of Paris, it offered easy access to some of the city's most famous landmarks and vibrant neighbourhoods. I found myself within walking distance of several iconic attractions, allowing me to immerse myself in the city's beauty truly. Furthermore, the room itself was beautifully designed and tastefully decorated. It exuded elegance and provided a cosy haven after a long day of exploring. Now, onto the downsides. While the room's overall size was perfectly adequate for my needs, I found the bathroom to be on the smaller side. Manoeuvring around the limited space could be challenging, especially for individuals who prefer more room to move comfortably. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with the hotel. Another minor issue I encountered was the smell of the towels. While they appeared clean, a faint odour detracted from the otherwise pristine experience. Although it was not a significant concern, it is worth mentioning as it could be improved to enhance guest comfort.

The modern design of the room gives a romantic sense, perfect for travelling with a partner. Although it was not very spacious, it did not affect too much of sleep. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The cleaning and housekeeping team worked very hard we could tell. Offered us welcome wines and compensation for the fire alarm malfunctioning.

The fire alarm went off (triggered by a hotel guest accidentally) two times in the morning. Disturbed our sleep and condition that day but the staffs were very attentive and offered as free breakfast as compensation. The sensor of the main door was not always perfectly working well. But then security at night was very responsible and alert.

This was a very comfortable room and based on Paris standards a fairly large room. We would gladly stay at this hotel again. It has good pricing and location. Although you are away from most major attractions, public transportation is almost at your front door. We accessed most of Paris by bus, which we found easier to use and more convenient than the Metro. Our stay was seven days and it was trouble free and comfortable.

- the staffy was extremely friendly and we even got some tea for free to take back home which was just awesome - the room was spacious, the bed comfortable and it was all clean - we had a coffee machine in the room and also bottled water and some softdrinks in cans which was great - the breakfast was exceptionally delicious. They made eggs and bacon for us and the buffet had croissants, pan au Chocolat, fruits, cheese, jam, coffee, juices and more. It was delicious.

- We didn't have toothbrush nor toothpaste in the room No other complaints!

The location was very close to the Gare de Lyon station so made for easy transport around the city. It also felt like a safe area and had nice decor inside the lobby and the rooms.

The bathroom had a few issues. The panel to flush the toilets fell of the wall and stuck a bit so there was a constant stream of water several times. It took a few tries to get the water flow to stop as it was slightly loud.

I was upgraded to a superior room which is lovely. Not too big but just enough to move around and have some space especially in Paris standards. Location is near Gare de Lyon and a lot of restaurants. Reception was very nice and helpful.

Minor thing, I came back to my hotel room at around 1:30pm and my room wasn't cleaned yet. So I waited for 30 minutes before I was able to use my room again.

within easy walking distance of the Seine, gare de Lyon and the bastille area. staff very helpful and friendly, gave us good advice about taking a taxi to Orly airport rather than chancing it on public transport with our bags. we had a comfortable bed in a clean room.

a bit too small for us but not their fault, we were there as part of a long European holiday and not many people would have as much luggage as us! having said that, the bathroom was minuscule. there were a few penny pinching aspects, not generous with coffee pods or tea bags etc. problem with showers in the hotel but they handled it very well and fixed it quickly.

VeryClean,Great Location. Air on worked extremely well heat 30c+ heat. Breakfast was very good and staff helpful. I had a problem with the bed on the first night ie no support so my back was painful. Told staff and room was changed and no problem Nice Location, safe neighbourhood and restaurants by the station (5 minutes walk) where good.Thank You.
