It was a great location, close to Louvre, Gand Palais, and many restaurants, however it was on a very quiet street so you felt like it was a quite oasis even though it was so close to things. The hotel was very clean, the stay was very friendly and pleasant. Breakfast each morning was really delicious. We were very happy here!

The location is phenomenal. You are at the back door of the Louvre and walking distance from wonderful shops, restaurants, and sights. The price tag is for the location and your safe surroundings. My daughter and I loved the concierge services, they were always ready to make restaurant reservations, give advice/insider hints regarding local must do visits. The breakfast was very good and we loved eating the buffet or ordering off the menu, which was included when we bought the hotel and breakfast package.

I wish we were informed about the major construction occurring on the outside of the building and the constant noise of repairs being made from early morning to night. For the price, we might have chosen another hotel that didn't have noise issues. Also, the rooms are very small, but that is expected for France. The 24 hour in room dining could have a better selection of food, which would have helped satisfy my teenager.

It may be a cliche but I rarely write reviews - partly because I know I am very fussy. I have to provide feedback on this occasion though to do justice to the wonderful staff at the hotel. Without doubt the best service I have experienced and I will definitely return. I really enjoyed the location - slightly quieter than some but that really suited us. The room was spotless and the concierge was extremely helpful in booking taxis etc - even when we were running late. We were fortunate enough to book the panoramic suite. I really value privacy and this was excellent as we had the entire top floor to ourselves, with wonderful views of Paris. We look forward to returning soon.

This hotel's location is unbeatable - right by the Louvre Museum and the chic Rue Saint-Honoré. The friendly staff and spotless, comfortable rooms made our stay fantastic. The breakfast offered a wide variety of cheeses, eggs, vegetables, and fruits - exactly what we needed to start our day in Paris.We'll definitely be back!

Fabulous boutique hotel in central location to the best sites and shopping, not to mention the restaurants. Our room this stay was a suite with a balcony and king bed. The bath and shower were separate and there was a second small room with a pull out sofa bed for those bringing children. The entire staff went out of their way to make our stay perfect. This is the third time we have stayed there and for good reason. Highly recommend!

Everything was great!

Great staff! Very warm and welcoming. They showed us our rooms personally. They asked every day about our stay and if we were comfortable. They always smiled and were very considerate. The housekeeping people checked to see if we needed anything. Amazingly customer-focused. I will stay there again next time I am in Paris. The location cant be beat. It's very central and we pretty much walked to many locations.

The location is astonishing. It may be only us though - we were looking for a quiet spot in the heart of Paris, within walking distance from more vibrant areas. The view was typical for Paris, tin roofs everywhere. Our room was on the 6th floor.

The hotel was under renovation. That was horrible because we paid for two days of luxury and received just an accommodation. It wasn't noisy and the staff tried to do everything in their power to make our stay as pleasant as possible, but it's never nice when you're envisioning a 19th century beauty and you're finding a building surrounded by scaffolding, with half of the lobby behind protection panels and cables everywhere. Room quite dated, nothing modern in it, but that's part of the Parisian experience I assume, if that's what you're looking for.
