The staff during check-in was very professional. View from the window on the Comedie Francaise was great. The hotel has been renovated recently and it shows. It's very clean, comfortable, and very silent when it comes to rooms. Amenities in the room are just right. The breakfast was also great. Check-out was easy. Not to mention the location which can hardly be more convenient. Customers are mostly Americans and Japanese which is a sign that this hotel is of a high standard. An excellent 5 stars that has nothing to envy to palaces for a far more affordable price.

Honestly, nothing.

1. Excellent location - between the Louvre and the Palais Royal, there are several metro entrances right next to the hotel. 2. A beautiful historical building with beautiful views from the windows. 3. The hotel is very cozy, with beautiful interiors and thoughtful engineering solutions. 4. The hotel itself is very clean and smells good. 5. Good cuisine. 6. The service is beyond praise - the staff is always friendly and friendly.

We didn't find any flaws

The location was amazing. Our view out of our window of the Louvre was fantastic. Great fir walking to the museum. The morning breakfast was superb as was the wait staff. Also dinner was excellent and wait staff was superb. The front staff , concierge and bellman also excellnt.

The bar was extremely slow and did not run well at all. They were out of wines on the menu and not in the least apologetic or interested in making you happy. I would say the bar needs a n management revamp to keep up with the rest of the hotel. Housekeeping was just OK but know they have many responsiblities.

We had the most magical stay at the Hotel Du Louvre, everything about the stay was perfect. We selected the Palais Suite which is very grand and spacious. It is a modern room with a very Parisian feel, with grand high ceilings and freestanding bath. The view into the Piazza is beautiful and we loved opening the drapes each morning to see the Paris streetscapes. There are great authentic Paris cafes and Bistros right on your doorstep. (The hotel gym is also very well equipped with a great view.)

There are some suites on higher levels that don't have the grandness of the high ceilings, so I am glad we had a suite on the 1st floor.

Very well located Hotel (100 meters to Palais Royal Metro Station; 3 min walk to Big Bus Stop; 2 min walk to Louvre entrance); Nice personnel; Our room was ready at 11 am, which is below the standard check-in time; Very clean overall and no street noise at 4th floor; Good breakfast, you can order a lot of options outside the standard buffet without extra charge.

Family rooms have a quite small bathroom for 4 guests, with just 1 sink, it can only be used by 1 guest at a time. WC was not properly fixed to the floor. Windows have pool wind isolation, you can feel the cold air getting into the room, so you have to compensate with the heating.

I loved the way we were treated. Everyone at the front desk and the concierge desk did their job 200%. It was a great location, we walked everywhere!

There were only a couple things that that I can think of, snd are very picky on my part. There was some mold growing on part of the shower floor grout in room #304. Nothing a little bleach world not fix. It also would have been nice to ice a little more accessible in the rooms in the evening. I did not mention the mold, if I did I’m confident it would have been handled immediately. Our days were too busy enjoying our stay. And we called for ice when we remembered in time and it was delivered to our room.

Convenient location.

The breakfast buffet was poorly served. We had to constantly ask for dishes to be replenished Booking.com instruction was to pay all at the hotel. However HDuL demanded a deposit and then cancelled our booking.

Perfect location for walking around Paris. Staff was wonderful and concierge knowledgeable about restaurants and attractions. Breakfast buffet was included and had something to please every diet. The hotel bar is beautiful and had very nice cocktails.

I can’t think of a bad thing to say.

The staff were so lovely & helpful. The location was amazing. The beds were comfy. I had some medical issues which entailed the staff members help, retrieving ice packs from their hotel freezer ; and they were always happy to do so. (and we’re very prompt)! The Concierge helped us several times for various reasons. (always with a smile!) - I would definitely like to stay back here again.

the smell of stale cigarette smoke in the carpets… Even though this is a none smoking hotel. as an Ex-Smoker & Asthmatic; I was affected by this odour. & my companion had terrible hay fever the whole time we were in our room., (but literally No where else that we visited)

The hotel was in a perfect location. It is very close to restaurants and attractions. The view from the room was terrific! The staff was also very responsive to our requests. If we had an issue they went out of their way to remedy it. We were able to check in early which was a real plus. I would definitely stay there again.

The room was small, but we made it work. The hotel buffet breakfast was good but often cold. However you were able to order off the menu.
