great location, all the amenities you could need. good size for family. supermarket nearby for food. nice bakery around corner. very clean and updated room, great size.

no staff to assist, communication for entry to property poor. you will receive a message before your stay with information on how to access, be sure you receive this prior to your trip so you aren’t trapped outside with kids and luggage and no hope.

- The location, in the centre of the city. - The decoration of the building and the apartment itself, really chic and stylish. - The apartment would be perfect for 3-4 people rather than 6.

- Only one small roll of toilet paper is provided for 6 people staying for 2 nights. We ended up buying the same pack of 6 rolls for over 1€. - Some how the shower just leaks water over the floor, making the bathroom always wet. - The big room is a bit small for one bed and one sofa, anyway who would ask for more when you are in the centre of Paris. - One ironing facilities as advertised. I sent a couple of messages to the owner but received no answer to this.

unbeatable location, eateries, cafe, restaurant louvre museum, almost places of interest are within decent walking distance. we walked to so many places . super cold AC,

no toilet paper, no shower gel, no slippers. staff wasn’t that quick to response. they are more keen to check out then checking in. table keg almost falling. read this comment before on some one else review but seem no one bother to fix. ( btw, I stayed on the 4th floor)

comfortable and great location

I had great difficulty the day before check in. my stay was cancelled and I had to rebook at last minute over a possible fraud scare with my bank. Very stressful and totally avoidable. The name for the charge was totally different than either name used when I booked so when the bank questioned the charge I refused it. When I realized the mistake and tried to correct it the booking agent was rude and unconcerned. I was hours trying to confirm we still had our reservation.

Unfriendly staff who requested a lot of photos of documents, of selfies with documents and credit cards that looked a lil weird to me. When they got payment and all the photos they needed, they stopped answering my questions about the checking in. Also I didn’t get at first where the washing machine was, the staff also didn’t answer. But at 1st day of checking in, they started asking me at what time I’m going to check out. Unpleasant feelings( But the apartment is great.

no supermarkets close-by, not very centric.

+location is superb near the louvre, bars and restaurants. +the apartment is decorated very nicely, everything looks brand new. +kitchen is small, but excellent. +the sofa can be opened to a full sized bed and has another spare sheets and pillows. +staff answered my questions shortly, and assisted with what needed.

- the staff requested me to send my credit card photo, prior the check in. - the trash bin was broken, and it had no garbage bags. - the toilet is next to the kitchen, which isn’t really nice. - I couldn’t use the washing machine which was in -1 floor because it requested some code which I didn’t have and wasn’t provided by the staff. - the parking outside the apartment is very expensive (45 euros per day).

Very good location in the city center. Clean, comfortable, perfect for families.

Couldn't get into the apartment. We waited 2 hours outside the door, there is no concierge or administrator who could help if there were problems in the settlement.

Apartment was clean and newly renovated. Location was excellent, with metro and a small supermarket within 5min walk. It’s situated directly above a few restaurants which were convenient but a little noisy late into the night. Kitchen had all the basics but missing paper towels and tea towels and extra bin liners. The laundry was extremely handy. Overall it was a very comfortable stay for a family of 5 (3 adults and 2 young children).

Was thrown off by email request if ID documents, selfies and credit card details, but saw other comments and it turned out to be legitimate. The payment link had expired so it took a while for the property to respond with a refreshed link for payment. After we received the pin code to access the property it was all smooth sailing.

Very nice apartment with a beautiful entrance, elevator and at a perfect location. The apartment looks good en clean and is perfect to stay a weekend with kids. The beds and pillows are good and the apartment overall looks really nice. We really liked our stay at the apartment and would definitely recommend it.

When we arrived at 16:30 the cleaning lady was still busy cleaning the apartment and she was really rude to us and wanted us to leave after a ride of 6 hours with two small children under 3 years old, although we should be able to check in as of 15:00!! I informed the accommodation but did not receive any response or apologies.. Some minor technical problems in the apartment; the trash bin is broken. in the shower the hand shower is not working and the dining table is not stable. unfortunately the apartment does not provide baby cribs so we had to bring our own.
