great location! clean, très correct but nothing fancy. gentlemen at reception were very pleasant.

given global climate change, it will need, at least, fans and, preferably, heat pumps. I was ok during my stay but it went up to 30 degrees Celsius, Amy warmer I would probably have been uncomfortable.

There was no lift and I was on the third floor. The friendly person at check in carried my suitcase. Much appreciated 😊

Location - between Pere Lachaise and Voltaire metros. Just off #69 bus route which goes past the Louvre, Musee d'Orsay and on to the Champs de Mars. #46 from Voltaire goes to Gare du Nord. Room had no cupboards but enough hangers (no problem for us as we travel light). Filling breakfast. Local restaurants and supermarkets have improved a lot since our last stay (2019).

Heating in room stayed on into the night, but radiator could be turned down. Would have preferred a second blanket instead (but didn't get round to asking for one).

The room was clean and really cozy. Always had hot water so there weren’t any problems with shower Administrators were friendly and kind. When I was cold, they turned on the heat and gave me additional blanket

I heard loud noise a few times in the early morning (somebody continuously slapped the door nearby) and deep night (somebody was going on heels too long and hard in the room right above my head), so it was really hard to fall asleep

The hotel was clean with friendly staff; the room was of typical French size, and the bathroom was well-maintained every day. Sheets were tightly bound and crisp. The hotel is in the 11th, which inherently has more character as a place where people actually live and is convenient to more "trendy" restaurant locations with Michelin stars (e.g. Septime,) as well as very solid neighborhood restaurants/bistrot. The hotel is quite close to the metro.

There was nothing objectionable about the hotel for me, but it would be difficult for an elderly or disabled person to stay, as there is no elevator and all rooms require the use of a staircase. I would also say that the metro station (like most) does not have an easily accessible platform for the elderly or disabled.

room is clean, there are multiple metro station beside hotel, very helpful staff, a bar is available downside the hotel, they do clean your room every day and 24hr reception

there is no lift and stairs will be difficult if you have a huge luggage, my room was very small, mattress are not comfortable, walls are paper thin you will hear other occupants talking in other rooms and sound of water drain pipes is also noticeable

The room was small, but very cozy. It was clean. The Staff was very friendly and they speak english. The location is perfect, very close to metro (2 different stops) and grocery stores. Nice restaurants near by also. For sure I can recommend this place!

It would be nice, if there was some electric kettle and tea or bottles of water in room. The room is not a soundproof, so you can hear all the noises from corridor and room next door. It's not so nice, when your neighbors are going out at 6.30 am and they have problem how to close the door.

Nice little hotel around Pere Lachaise, very close to the metro station. Our room was quite small but cozy enough. Cleaning was done daily, and the staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

Our room was at the 6th floor, which wasn’t really an issue. However, keep in mind that there is no elevator so if you are not up for walking many stairs, it can be a challenge. Also, the room was a bit cold at night. The duvet was very thin, not really suitable for winter nights. Other than that, we had a good stay.

Polite staff and reception available 24/7. Nice location, located 5 minutes walk from multiple access to public transport. Metro, bus... We felt really safe. There is also a huge selection of restaurants, coffee lounges...

No elevator and old fashioned blankets on the bed. Personally I can't stand them.

Looked just like the photos. Nice spacious room, clean and modern with friendly staff. The shower was good and always hot enough. There were several metro stations nearby so it was really easy to get around. Breakfast was nice if a bit basic, just bread and pastries with hot and cold drink options. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our case while we went sightseeing.

There was no lift but that was only an issue while taking the suitcase up and down. There was no air-con in the room so it got very hot. There was quite a bit of mould in our shower which was surprising as the rest of the room and bathroom were spotless.
