The location was great as it was right between three different tube stations, making travel very convenient. Lots of bars/restaurants/cafés in the area. The staff were very friendly. I had to work during the week and they gave me space in the downstairs area to set up and work. The rooms were always cleaned and the bedroom was a good size. It is very good value for money, in comparison to other hotels.

It was a tiny bit noisy when other people were in the hallway, however you could not hear anyone when they were in their rooms. So this is very very minor.

Both the staff at the reception and the staff in charge of cleaning were friendly and helpful. We had a bit of misunderstanding the first time we left the "please clean the room" sign on the door and the staff was fast and efficient at managing the problem, I'm very thankful. The position is pretty good, metro 3 is super close and there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby.

The only thing I didn't like too much, but was not a huge problem, was that the sockets weren't close to the beds as was stated on the hotel page on booking, there was one between the room door and the bathroom door and one on the wall opposite from the beds.

Everything! From the moment I first walked in to avail myself of the bag drop, things were just perfect. The staff were warm and welcoming and the hotel had a true relaxed feel about it. The location was ideal, being just a few metres away from Rue Saint Maur Metro Station with a good connection to other parts of the city. My room was clean with a comfortable bed and powerful shower, just the thing after a long day out sightseeing. I would definitely recommend!

The location was a pleasant area of Paris with plenty of shops and bars nearby. The room was compact but very clean and the bed comfy and large and we had a view out over the street. Very appreciative of the elevator with our heavy luggage! The breakfast was extra but worth it. Cereals, fruit, toast, croissants, h-b eggs, juice and tea and coffee available til mid-morning so no need to rush. Staff were very friendly and also spoke English. They even went out of their way to assist us in negotiating with a difficult Uber driver when I was trying to get my mobile phone back which I had accidentally left in his vehicle. I was most appreciative of their efforts which I cant imagine many small hotels would do.

Little chance of getting a car park in a nearby street. We returned the hire car and caught Ubers everywhere.

Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were clean and tidy. Close to the metro and a great base if you’re spending a lot of time out and about. The neighbourhood felt very safe and clean, and felt like a traditional suburb where real Parisiennes lived.

Our room looked out onto an internal courtyard, so not really much of a view. The shape of the room meant there wasn’t much space for storage of suitcases and some difficultly moving around the room. The hotel is a bit far from the centre and taxis would rarely take you that far, so you were reliant on the metro.

Our stay was nice. The location is perfect. The Metro is very close, it's also possible to walk from districts 1 or 2 to the hotel. The room was small but ok, the TV was big, the wi-fi works well. There were a mini-bar, a kettle, a hairdryer, an air conditioner, and a safe box.

The room has only 2 sockets and none of them near the bed. The amount of the city tax is incorrect on the Booking, it's 5 euros per person per night.

Clean, quiet and friendly in a good part of town with a metro station in easy walking distance. Laundrette was 150m walk, with a couple of small supermarkets just around the corner.

Our stay was very pleasant, the room was nice and clean and well equipped (hairdryer, towers, shower gels, TV, mini-bar, safe). Location was also very convenient, in very nice 11th arrondissement, with lots of cafés and bars nearby.

Everything was great, the only small incovenient was that the walls were a bit thin, so sometimes we could hear people in other rooms or in the hall.

The location of the hotel was definitely our favourite part! So many bistros and cafes in the surrounding area, very close to the Metro. The room was small but had everything we needed, and with the window opened up for fresh air it was very lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to leave our bags before check in time. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is located in a nice and vibrant neighborhood with a lot of bars & restaurants. Roads around are quite busy, but hotel don’t have influence here and at the end noise from the streets is not disturbing. Location is optimal as in few minutes you have different lines of Metro, moreover some attractions are in walking distance. Staff was very friendly, reservated us a taxi for going back to the airport, and organised changing our common bed cover to two single ones.
