yes. great location!!

cleaning was poor and rushed. after the second night we have to ask at least clean the bathroom, only towels were changed. For the price being charged, I would assume better service. We were leaving early morning, there was two man in the lobby and not of them ask to help with baggage or call us taxi. they just point outside to get one and when I went outside and left my 80 years old mom with the suitcases, man by the door scolded me for leaving my baggage (out of the way) against the wall. I just look at him confused and went for taxi. He move my stuff on the other side of the wall, farther from the entrance, go figure and than both man watch me drag all 4 suitcases and my mom one by one from the lobby to the taxi cab. well well.

The location is superb and we loved sitting on the balcony every evening to watch the lights on the Tour Eiffel on the hot four five minutes from dusk until 1a.m. It is easy to get anywhere including Versailles (direct train from local station). We took a taxi from and also back to Garde de Nord station as easier with luggage. All of the staff were polite, friendly and efficient. We were lucky enough to have had a excellent evening waiter, Lahcen, who went out of his way to serve us, and all his customers, with efficiency but also a sense of fun - we appreciated his knowledge about the food, the wine and the locality. Everyone spoke excellent English despite us trying to use our limited French. The room was very clean and comfortable. We couldn’t fault the super king bed, pillows and good quality cotton sheets. The shower was powerful with ample hot water. There was a good supply of shampoo, soap, shower gel and body lotion. There were even English type plug sockets. Good hairdryer. We couldn’t believe the choice and quality of the breakfast. They have catered for everyone. Excellent coffee - not so keen on the tea - would take my own teabags next time.

We would have appreciated a mirror over the desk/dressing table because the mirror in the bathroom was too high to sit to dry hair or apply make up. The quality of the food is truly excellent but the evening menu is a little limited if staying for a week. Not a criticism of the hotel but of Paris in general - be alert for pickpockets and bag/phone snatchers everywhere. We nearly lost a phone whilst out walking at night in the local area and saw several incidents involving tourist - be constantly vigilant.

How ridiculously long it took to check in !!! must have taken 20 minutes or more. with no apology for wait either. Not great for weary travelers. Also when we asked for champagne glasses to use in the room we were told we would have to pay €8 per empty glass! I have never been charged a fee for glasses in any other motel/country.

we did get one of the best rooms in hotel with amazing view which made our holiday special, receptionists were super friendly and accommodating however the doorman was not the most pleasant guy

they didn’t always refill the fridge with the bottled water that you were supposed to get daily. along with not refilling tissues in bathroom or coffee to use machine

Issue with check-in, our room was given away and we then had to wait an extra hour, despite having asked for an early check-in. This resulted in the room we were given not being ready for 3 people. Significant issues then trying to get reception. to send housekeeping to set up the third bed and bring the bedding needed. Staff were very rude. Then had to repeatedly explain our complaint and way we had been treated, we were eventually offered a discount. However upon check-out this was not applied, manager agreed to investigate and contact me by email. still waiting for this communication 3 weeks later, very disappointing service.

For the price we paid for an Eiffel Tower suite it was ok. I wasn’t totally amazed other than the fact that I can see a clear view from my balcony but honestly I think there are better hotels.

Wonderful hotel at a great location. Great restaurant.

Pillows are too big and heavy. Hairdryer cable too short. Cleaners don't vacuum or dust. A thick dust gathered on furniture. A homeless man living at the corner of the street, would rant and rave at all hours of day and night waking us.

We booked a room with view of Eiffel. It’s breathtaking view. The room is perfect for us. The front desk staff was friendly and handled us well especially Othman and Jonathan. Not forgetting the Officer frm Thailand. All guests were given a bottle of water while waiting to check-in. It’s a busy hotel but the staffs tried to accommodate the guests well. We were also impressed with the restaurant waiter n waitress service . They took pride to treat each guests with dignity. Always smile and pro-active and clear the table as soon as we finish each course.

Had to wait 2 hours to check in. Was given 2 free drinks, but that didn't truly compensate for such a long wait. Elevators were so overcrowded at times we had to walk 7 floors down to get out. You should also have a better photo of the partial eiffel tower view rooms. When I got to my room, I could only see the top 3rd of the tower. I had to change rooms to get the view I wanted
