the location is absolutely the best. close to metro, Eiffel Tower literally in front of you, lots of bars and restaurants around and you can walk around Seine or take Lime to so many places. hotel is decent, it’s glory days have passed, but quite comfortable. the mister who is responsible for you luggage after check out is the nicest person ever with such a good energy! please remeber to tip him, I noticed nobody does and he sooo deserves it

the check in was bit unpleasant, staff on a arrogant side and I think the guy at front desk was just starting his hotel experience because it was just one mistake after another. strange thing - even thought my hotel and city tax were already payed in advance they were still insisting to have my credit card (I had no minibar in room) without giving any good reason for it - the lady next to him was even but rude about it giving me her face and rolling eyes.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, a metro station (Bir-Hakim) and a train station to reach any landmark in Paris and Disneyland. Breakfast was OK, but not exceptional. Also, really crowded on some days and not too clean as a result. The room was a decent size, but cleanliness was not exceptional. Overall, although the hotel is fairly modern and quite stylish, it feels like carpeted areas and things like outer cushions etc. could do with a deep clean or a refresh.

Basic breakfast, crowded and not too clean breakfast area, overall cleanliness is questionable.

The breakfast was very good as it had a good selection for adults and kids. The location was superb (the main reason for booking this hotel) as it was right next to the Eiffel Tower. We drove there and there was an underground car park. It would have been nice to have a charging point but that was no issue as we had enough charge to drive to Disney Land. The room was very functional for 2 adults and 2 small children. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Definitely adding a charging point for electric cars. The room card does not work when we enter from the street end (to the rear of the property). It would have been nice to have this facility so that we can use either end with the room card.

Excellent location, right near the tower and walking distance to a lot of spots or the metro as well. Comfy and clean bed/room.

Coffee pods provided in room but no milk is provided..(note. It's probably better coffee than most of the Paris restaurants, do research and look for the Australian style cafes there are a few that do great coffee and not just a marshmallow milk cup with a drop of coffee 😵‍💫). Room configuration is a bit strange with separate bathroom/toilet but awkward doors opening out into the tight hall.. doesn't ruin the stay though. Quite expensive for a standard hotel room- tour Dr France was on while we were there so hopefully normal prices are a bit cheaper.. we paid $385 a night for deluxe room (no tower view)

Breakfast was incredible! Location was amazing - right next to train and subway! And Eiffle tower of course! Rooms very comfy and good shower

The service at reception was the slowest I have ever received. A queue of about 6 different parties waited about 20 minutes to check in, without any acknowledgment from receptionist (who was there by herself) 3pm Friday. Needed more tea and coffee supplies in room, only ever given 1 of each and bottled water was never topped up.

I had 2 rooms booking, that week was extremely hot, one of the rooms Windows was sealed and the AC was just circulating the air inside without cooling it. Abdelrahman the technician was extremely helpful, understood the situation in few minutes and reported to Christoph in the reception. They offered new outstanding upgraded room with same cost. Thank you Christoph & Abdelrahman for your can do attitude, you were so helpful.

All was so good 👍

What I loved most about this property is that it is right by Eiffel Tower, about 5 minutes leisure walk. The Trocadero is also nearby. A great company from Trip Advisor that have excursions to Versailles and Disneyland Paris set the meeting place right on the street by the hotel. The staff were always pleasant and treated us cordially.

After being in another Mercure hotel in another city, I found this Accord Hotel rooms to be really small. The toilet was cramped and tiny and separated from the rest of the bathroom. The couch was old and dirty and the carpets are stained. The breakfast eggs and meat choices are same everyday. Not enough healthy choice.

The room was small but worked for my friend and I as we didn’t need an exceptional amount of space. The location was amazing. Walking distance from everything and/or a short Uber ride away. The staff are also super friendly and accommodating.

There was a weird musty odor in the room from the moment of arrival to the room, guessing from the carpets. Even after housekeeping cleaning the room it smelled the same. Think over time we grew to ignore the smell, and our use of perfume probably also helped to over power the smell.
