The room was nice but fairly small but then it was a single. The bed was a nice size, smaller than a double but bigger than most singles.

The bathroom was ok but with no shower door (which was the design) then the floor got wet. Also, a personal pet hate - the extra loo roll was stored behind the toilet at a level below the seat. This pretty much guarantees that it will be hit by splashes and sprays when the toilet is used - not hygienic at all. Also unnecessary as there were loads of other places it could have been placed.

Staff were good, especially since I didn't speak the language. Location is a little out from everything but still easy to get around. I loved that they had a Sparkling water tap in the reception/lobby area, nice touch. Room was cleaned daily which was nice after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was also good, easy and lots of variety. There is also a bakery down the street if you don't wish to get breaky here, but the convenience of the hotel Breakfast was what got me.

PERFECTLY LOCATED FOR ACCESS TO GARE DU NORD, MAGENTA AND L'EST STATIONS. 2 MIN WALK TO RAIL STATIONS AND FOOD OUTLETS. RECEPTION STAFF VERY HELPFUL. ROOMS A LITTLE SMALL, BUT THAT IS PARIS.

Could not see any smoke detectors in the room. Beds were rather basic and hard. Room temp was on heating so a bit warm for sleeping and no way to adjust.

I was greeted at the door by Roderick and was made to feel very welcome. He recommended the breakfast, which I did have and it was a very nice buffet. Roderick also was very helpful giving me directions, he knows the area well. As I was saying goodbye to him this morning, I said I will stay again at this hotel when I next visit Paris.

I have no complaints at all.

Small but clean room in the hotel that is very close to Gare de Nord and Gare de L'est. Overall the experience was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. But the block where the hotel is located has lots of migrants and get very unsafe feelings. Very good for short stays in Paris or if you use Paris as a base for traveling to the nearby towns and places.

The air conditioner makes strange sounds and doesn't wotk properly.

Great location for Gare du Nord & our luggage storage at Shurguard. Also close to Gare de l'Est. Easy walk from stations to hotel as sidewalks wide & not busy. Open outlook over Gare de l'Est platforms so airy & light. Lots of restaurants/bars near both stations. Had refrigerator & coffee/tea making in room.

Ventilation in room didn't work - no air conditioning or fan & it was warm (apparently whole system wasn't switched on) but receptionist got us a large fan which cooled it down.

Really convenient for the Gard du Nord and Gard de L'Est - approx 5 mins to each one. Rooms are clean and breakfast was good. Staff were helpful.

The location isn't the nicest in Paris, but if proximity to train stations is important (as it was for us), this is a good option.

The location is very convenient if you are arriving at Gare Du Nord, it's only 5 min walk away. The room is very small, but that is to be expected in my mind in Paris in all hotels, but very cozy. The window opened fully and it was quite noisy, but when the window was closed, no sound could be heard from the outside even with lots of trains and cars passing by. A few nice restaurants/cafes around within walkable distance and even Montmartre, took up about 20-30 mins to walk to the top of the hill from the hotel which was quite nice.

The bathroom only closes with a glass door, which is quite uncomfortable if you are on a romantic getaway like we were.

Breakfast was perfect, with excellent coffee and delicious bread. The room was clean, well furnished, no issues. Personnel was friendly, available and competent.

The jams! why only strawberry and apricot? I can't think of anything else right now.

Lovely hotel! Approximately 5 minutes from Gare du Nord to the hotel. The room is compact, but was not an issue for a 4 night stay.

It would have been nice to eat in the hotel restaurant during the evening on occasion.
